Calificación 0 le parqueo no es seguro para su carro ya que puede venir una grúa y llevárselo con el pretexto de que ellos llamaron quien son ellos imajino que 717parking sean los que llamen por que quien más le puede dar autorización a la grúa que se lleve tu carro de donde tu pagaste el ticket caro por que no es barato como se maneja eso de que pagando tu ticket se lleven tu carro a un depósito sin motivos

I’ve been attempting to contact this company all week regarding a hit and run that happened on the lot at 610 N Franklin here in Tampa. Someone ran into my car on December 4th on this lot and left. I noticed several cameras on the lot and I’ve been attempting to reach this company for video footage and I haven’t gotten a response to any of the calls or emails I’ve sent. They claim to have a customer service line, but no matter what time of day you call, you will never get an answer. The previous recent review of someone else’s car getting damaged by 717 valet, makes me concerned that this is a trend. I would highly avoid parking on these lots because they are not safe and police will not file full reports because this is considered private property. I hope this wasn’t caused by one of their employees and that’s why they’ve been ignoring my messages.

If I could give this company negative stars I would they are absolute garbage.

Being a disabled vet anywhere on the streets of Tampa, we are supposed to be able to park for free and instead they refuse to abide by Florida statue and law and think they are above state law

If your sign says public parking and it is metered and it is not a private area and it is on the streets of Tampa, anybody that has this limitation is subject to parking for free.

They also treat other people like garbage and overcharge for parking tickets for no reason.

I don’t even know how they got one and a half stars they should be one or below this company is beyond garbage and should not exist.

This company is running a scam. They keep the machines broken on purpose and machines look like they are starting up, so you wait for the machine to load for a long long time and then in the end it doesn’t load. At that time you have to download the app and pay via app which also takes a long time to download and complete. Then despite paying for parking for full day they send you 75 dollar ticket to your home address with intimidation about sending you to collections saying you haven’t paid fast enough. They also refuse to refund your parking which you paid for the whole day. It’s setup for you to get ripped off whichever way you look at this because machines are always broken and you will always take a while to pay. I will report to BBB.

Just adding to the onslaught of terrible reviews here, but it’s justified. The customer service is beyond horrific. I was clearly issued an unwarranted citation and since contacting 717 have been told that maybe I entered something into the app correctly (despite having provided multiple pieces of evidence proving the contrary) and then ghosted. To have the gall to threaten being sent to a bill collector for failure to pay but not providing a good avenue for disputing tickets is beyond me. How has this place not been shut down by the BBB I will never understand…

I would sooner park my car, unlocked, windows down, with a bag of cash and the keys in the driver’s seat on the south side of Chicago before parking at this racket again.

These guys are sleazier than a used car salesman that runs a towing company on the side. I take that back, don’t want either of those professions lumped in with these clowns.

I didn’t use their services at all but they are contracted by a local hospital here in Virginia to offer Valet Services. While my car was parked in a none valet parking lot, one of their valet workers hit my car and another person’s car while he was parking a vehicle. They (Claims Dept) were very communicative in the beginning but once i signed the documents to be issued a check to get my car fixed, i havent heard from them since. I have called multiple times and was never able to speak to anyone. They are always conveniently assisting other customers. I have left numerous of voicemails and no one has called me back or returned my emails since Nov 5, 24. It’s about to be 3 months since they hit my car and I’m still left with an unresolved issue. I have never been so fed up with a company that’s liable and don’t pay up. This is unprofessional to say the least.

I worked on recovery efforts after the hurricane to restore services to Ybor businesses. They left me a $55 ticket on my marked utility vehicle while working. I contacted them repeatedly and they never returned any calls, emails (aside from automated messages), or their website forum.

Updated: The response to my review from 717 Parking is pretty confusing. Just to clarify I did email [email protected] about a dozen times. I also called the number on the ticket a dozen times. Again, with no response to my numerous, numerous attempts to reach you. No one ever answered the phone, no one ever returned any voicemails, no one ever responded back to my emails.

717 Parking did not review anything, did not work to resolve anything, and it does not appear they take matters seriously at all.
