you can count on the bill being incorrect and they will never acknowledge it. The so called "leak" is such a lie. Sunrise steals from the customer and no one does anything about it

Karen B is the absolute worst In the utilities department. My taxes are way too high to not be treated with respect and dignity when dealing with any reps at the city. They have the same service you can expect at the DMV. Rude sarcastic and unwillingness to help

They charge base ~$60+Tax even service is completely turned off. Bills of $200 are normal for very light use, for water that I'd never have my kids drink, full of iron or other harmful reddish minerals. My neighbor had to install purification system on the entire house.

Customer Service is awful!! Plus water keeps raising with no possible reason. I only live with my partner and $178 per month which doesn't make sense is higher than my electricity bill.

I thought when we elected a new mayor during the 'Ohs, that he'd combat the rising utility bills. Instead it keeps going up. I appreciate the new projects, but the utility bill is higher than my FPL bill now.

Called to check on a possible leak. They make out and assessed that we have a leak. Came home today to a hand written note & water turned off. How ridiculous is that? Beyond unprofessional. Will be escalating this issue!
