Awesome work they did in order for us to place a boat lift. Workers were nice, respectful, and left the area clean. Worked seemed very detailed oriented. They left a long paper trail of man hours, martials, and permits so there were not surprises at the end. Work did take forever to start but quality is what matters for us. Paula and Randy can be trusted. Thanks!

Believe the hype!!! Not my first rodeo with a contractor, so I can say confidently that these people are the real deal. Whatever they’re paying Paula, it’s not enough. 🙃
Seriously though, a real delight to work with them. On time, under budget and good workmanship. Had a bunch of Spalling work done and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!!

Beware of the negative reviews. Typically these are people with unrealistic expectations and an axe to grind about something the contractor had no control over.

If I could rate a negative number, I would. This is the kind of company that gives all contractors a bad name. Promise the world and deliver nothing. You cannot trust anything the owner or anyone else in this company says. Our project is at a standstill because of them. Our retail tenants that expected to be in by July 1st are losing business. Luckily, our General Contractor is taking over the permit after much bureaucracy, and we are getting back on track.

I learned that I can trust Randy Hendrick from Hendrick Construction. I was prepared to spend whatever was necessary to repair spalling on my dock, and he effectively talked me out of a big expenditure for a very small one. Trust is a big word, and it is a big deal to me. Nice to know there are people like Randy out there!

Exceeded time and materials budget for a concrete spalling job on my home over 7K. Two years later, spalling reappears in area that was treated. Does not return my calls. Hard to understand how this guy is in business.

Padded the time sheets, failed to supervise the workers, (neighbor caught pictures of men sleeping on the clock). Ultimate cost was over 2x estimate. Would not recommend to anyone.
