If I could give half a star I would… it has taking upwards of two weeks to even receive an INVOICE for a printer that we are looking to purchase ( still have not received the invoice) Greg was our sales rep and was kind but his communication is absolutely awful. This company clearly stretches their sales reps thin, for 3 days out of the 5 day work week Greg was showcasing printers, and for one of those days he’s not even in the office working. This company has wasted our time and therefore we are losing money. I had to call a SUPERVISOR to even receive an update on the status of even being able to ORDER a printer. We will not proceeding further with the buying process due to the lack of care and communication on their side. If you are considering Mac, go elsewhere. We are going with Tyrell tech.

This is one of our material suppliers and never have any hassles… They also extended us free passes, parking & a shuttle ride to the recent Sign Expo… I already had a pass, but parking & the shuttle were great, especially with the monsoon that rolled in as I was at the Expo… I stayed dry & saved $20… Thanks guys, these little extras are what keep us coming back with our business…

Mac Papers couldn't care less about customer service. When they're out of stock and your order has to be split, they charge shipping on both parts. Sometimes I had to call and text my rep multiple times to get any sort of reaction regarding media orders. They only care about equipment orders, then they will pursue you to the moon. When I called to complain to a supervisor nobody was there and nobody called back. If I worked this hard to lose customers I'd already be out of business but hey when you have private equity willing to bankroll you and manufacturers feeding you leads you just don't care about small things like media customers and service. Also when you have an issue with your equipment, you have to leave a voice-mail and sure they call you back but try to email or call a service technician directly and they actually scold you like a child for not wanting to use the queue to leave a message. Do yourself a favor and use ANYONE else.

I have dealt with Mac Papers over 30 years and they are always helpful on item searches or getting pricing. As a printing company we need paper to print on and they supply the paper on time and with good pricing.
Our salesman is awesome! (Tom Secore) and the driver is always polite and delivers with a smile (Vladmir)
