This company has no leadership on the job site. Also No Coordination with the tenants on the property. They drive their construction vehicles at high speeds on site. They dig road levels down to dangerous heights that damage your vehicles undercarriage and refuse to pay insurance claims caused By the negligence of their workers.. After you damage your vehicle they will place cones and fill in the hole… Shame on you. There was no investigation done. There was no communication with your adjuster No one came and saw my car. No one took photos. I had quotes from Audi and their body shop he never requested them. I sent these photos that show exactly what happened. To say there was an investigation is a flat out lie. You all need to do better.

I dealt with Joel and Kelly, great to work with and very responsive with communication. As a Construction Manager, great communication is critical to running a successful project. Joel always responded quickly to text or emails and ensured I had before and after pics for my reports. Plus, they fit me into their busy schedule.

No job was too big or too small and they have always given me a quick response and "second to none" work and quality. Damon is outstanding in his calculations and customer service. After a bidding process we chose ACPLM to perform paving and patching to our parking lots and entry drive way for our plant which houses 100 plus employees daily parking their vehicles. We are completely satisfied and content with the work performed. They were on time, completed on time and worked with us as our employees came and went in their vehicles. Excellent job. We chose the "right" company for the job.

ACPLM repaved the parking lot of Union Station Seventh Day Baptist Church, Dunedin Fl in February, 2021. The project covered over 12,000 SF that included significant demo and repair work of areas uplifted by roots, complete repave with a one inch overlay, and striping and painting of parking spaces and wheel stops. There were 3 different crews over 3-days. The crews knew what they were doing, the foremen were responsive, and the crews had the equipment to get the job done. The project was completed on time and on budget. Thanks also to Mr. Richard Ostrander, the project coordinator/estimator for being responsive with a can-do attitude. Also, the best part is that the price was fair.

As a Property manager it is important to have vendors such as ACPLM on your team! Team work makes the dream work! I highly recommend Jaxon Dunn and the entire ACPLM crew when it comes to concrete repair, asphalt paving and street bumps for your HOA's.

Our contract was terminated by the owners, advised by employees to do so. Their explanation was that they signed 8 other contracts and they wanted to part ways, and this was almost less than a month out from scheduled work order date. Imagine the hassle I went through thereafter... The owners did not want to speak to us either, rather sent a marketing firm to remove my review. Shame on you ACPLM!
