Sean came today and installed a water system for me. He was reliable, honest and did a magnificent job. I wish I could post before and after picture of my water, but I think I would be too embarrassed to show the quality of it before. My water is crystal clear now. Highly recommended installation and monthly service! We should have called Acreage Water Supply first! After a bad experience with another local company we got in contact with Genaya. She had her team out to our house quick, provided us with a fair quote, and installed a new system within a couple weeks. I cannot thank them enough for their service and kindness. This review is long but hopefully it will be helpful with your decision process. For what it’s worth, I’m a state certified plumbing contractor. I obviously could’ve done this myself & although well water filtration is extremely important in this part of Florida, until recently, it has never been a necessity for me. Frankly, I’m too busy to do it anyway. I decided to hire someone with local knowledge...(geographic, mineral issues & system choices)

I recently bought a house in Loxahatchee with a filtration system made by a very popular name brand company. They had installed it and been servicing it for the previous owner. I had them out to go over the whole system and to give me the maintenance history on it. In short, my water quality in the house was horrible. Mineral stains, water spots, sulfur odor etc. Basically, it wasn’t working, which was odd because they had just been out the previous month to service it (based on the maintenance history & the giant dead grass spot in the lawn where the salt had been dumped). Their recommendation was to install an RO system for the whole house... So fast forward thru all the googling, telephone calls grilling people for information on water filtration etc. I stopped at the AWS store one morning and talked to Genaya for 30 minutes and then Sean came in from doing an install we talked for 10 more minutes and we scheduled him to come look at what i had. Sean came out did some water tests & diagnostics, gave me multiple options to repair what I had (one of the softeners wasn’t working). I decided on a new system instead... softener, conditioner, peroxide, RO (not whole house) under the kitchen sink.

Everything from the gathering of information, scheduling, & installation was professional and a breeze. The price was very reasonable. The performance Sean promised was right on, if not better. The water quality is great.

If you’re looking for a new system or need someone to service or give you some honest recommendations on fixing what you have, I would give them a call.

I could not be happier with my experience.
