Buen lugar y buena atención por el personal altamente calificado

They're down right rude especially Robin. I've been a customer for 2plus years and they won't accept payments. Shut me off literally with no warning. They told me I received a curtsy call the day before and I asked where i could send my call log showing I got nothing!! That's literally not my fault. I somehow on my own switched my connective payment that helps me pay to another device and I didn't. Won't take any kind of payments, not a quarter, not half, not even 3/4. It's now or You're just shut off. Not their problem basically. Its been slow. I can't even call over it. They told me it's my device but yet my partners does it too connected to wifi. But it's my fault I never received their curtsy call, not even a voicemail hmm. Just really poor customer service especially when I've been with you over 2 years. 2 years!! You can't work with people in this economy, really, do better. And because your word is golden and my call log will just prove nothing and voicemail log, that I said I'd give them meant nothing. Just amazes me.

Just had them install internet to our house and i gotta say I've never been more impressed! Omar not only rerouted the wiring for the modem to make it look better he even hung everything on the wall for us! Super easy to work with and very good staff! Great job!!!

I'm not happy with our internet service with Arvig. The more I express my concerns about the lack of performance the worse it gets. What really is bothering me is I pay the same price as someone who has good service. There doesn't seem to be another option which is a problem.

Price is high for quality of service. Honestly mobile hotspot from my phone does much better job then the WiFi it's self.
