Excellent company to work with! Very professional and reasonably priced. The parking lot turnaround at our business used to be like driving over the surface of Mars, and if it rained a massive amount of water would pool at the entrance. Not only is our drive extremely smooth, the water no longer pools at the entrance! They also re-sealed and re-striped our main parking lot. We will definitely do business with them again!

I recently had Dallas and his team from Asphalt Maintenance by Dalco repave our apartment complex's parking lot, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Speed Demons (in a Good Way): They were incredibly efficient. The demolition of the old asphalt and the installation of the new one were completed in just two days. This minimal downtime was fantastic, especially considering we have 16 units relying on that parking space. The tenants were thrilled to have a smooth, safe lot back so quickly.

Drainage: We've also had major issues in the past with drainage and flooding due to poor parking lot drainage. But Dalco didn't flinch. Their crew tackled the problem head-on, ensuring proper water flow to prevent future issues. This impressed me greatly – they went above and beyond to deliver a lasting solution.
