Aurora replaced my blacktop driveway and cement sidewalks in 2021. Did an excellent job. I recently (2024) had them seal my driveway and again they did an excellent job. Some companies spray the sealant on your driveway and get overspray over all over. Plus the spray sealant is not very thick.

The Aurora team used an edger to clear the grass off the edges of my driveway, then used a wire brush on all dirt stuck to my driveway and finally used a powerful blower (on 4 wheels) to remove all the dirt and debris. Then they filled buckets with the sealant from a tank on their trailer and poured the sealant on the driveway then worked it into the driveway with a special brush. I ended up with a thick coat of sealant over my entire 3-year-old driveway with absolutely no over spray. All the places where my driveway intersected with the road, my garage and my sidewalk had perfectly straight lines of sealant with no splashes on the cement or street. Beautiful! As with the original installation I'm very happy with their work.

Aurora's work has been fantastic and everyone that worked on our project was a pleasure to speak with. I will note sometimes the communication for scheduling wasn't great. We knew delays for weather were possible but we had a few days we had been told to expect the crew to come out and didn't hear we had been rescheduled until very late in the day.

Paid them over $16,000 and concrete is pitting all over and asphalt is the same way. very poor work they don’t wanna do nothing to come fix it. All they want is money once you pay them, they don’t want to come out and do anything to fix the problem the right way I got a lot of pictures of the project too call me I’m willing to work with you guys come on look at the work I’m not looking for anything extra i paid good money to have a good driveway please come seal the concrete and everything you said you got paid if full $16,050 and honestly it’s one of the worst experiences I had to deal with not to mention I paid $3,000 to cut out around the apron for you guys and I got grass growing up in a few spots 3 1/2 months later this is not ok all I’m asking is for what i paid for and was told nothing more please call and make this right I keep calling you guys won’t return no calls. You have not sealed the concrete after being paid in full. Why can’t you guys complete the job?

Drew, with Aurora Asphalt & Concrete, came out and talked us through the process of removing our old asphalt driveway and concrete sidewalk and the sinking garage apron. He listened to our concerns, ideas, and wishes on how to best upgrade our property. The drawings and estimate were presented same day, while on site. We were excited to get started. Aurora's crews were friendly, on time, respectful of the property, and communicated with us each step of the way. We had aurora lay a new asphalt driveway and paid them $16,000 to do it. If a customer is paying that kind of money I feel like they should be happy with their work. My dad’s been in the construction business for over 50 years and when he seen my driveway he was very disappointed. There shouldn’t be roller marks everywhere, pitting thru out the whole driveway way. I just feel like they didn’t put the best effort into it and they didn’t care to come make it right or try to figure out a solution.

I used Aurora to replace a deteriorating paver front walk, correct water run-off issues and over pour new concrete steps and front stoop for the home recently purchased to create a safer and more attractive entry. The result is amazing! Just what we were hoping for! From the process of scoping and contracting the work, through completion the Aurora team did a fantastic job! The demo was quick, but thorough, and the installation was done with great care. I really enjoyed working with them! AND their pricing was great! One competitive quote was more than double for the same scope of work (and then sales person talked down to me the whole time). Aurora came in at the price we had expected and budgeted for and with workmanship that met expectations and service that exceeded expectations! I would hire them again and recommend them to anyone!

We had Aurora install a new asphalt driveway in November 2023. Looked great at the time. When spring arrived, the ground thawed and temps were consistently above 50 during the day, we started getting tire damage any time we parked. Some damage occurred in as little as 10 minutes. Some occurred when an empty utility trailer weighing less than 850 lbs was parked for less than 30 minutes. We have more than 40 spots/pits of tire damage on a 6 month old driveway and haven't even reached summer temps yet. Aurora says the driveway needs to fully oxidize and we need to stop parking on it until it does (we were initially told we could park on it after 2 weeks). They are refusing to honor their warranty and say the damage is not because of a fault in their preparations or poor quality asphalt. They have now stopped responding to my inquiries to have this problem resolved. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality asphalt driveway, dependable warranty or good customer service. Your money is definitely better spent elsewhere.
