We had our front door and two bathroom windows replaced. The installers did an excellent job. We were really unsure of the front door and Adam worked with us to make sure we had everything we wanted. He worked within our budget and helped us make the correct choices based on his experience. The windows we were going to go with a solid windows and he recommended that we go to a slider for no extra cost.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone and we will be sure to use them again for any future projects.

Had soffit fascia and my attic done a couple weeks ago and this is what I was left with. They had a guy come out cause they didn’t believe me and I was out of town working and couldn’t take pictures to send them. Guy came out and said yup all looks good on our end. I got home and sent pictures to which they finally decided to come out and fix it. And was very sub par fix. I understand the pieces are small but put some care into it. Save yourself a few thousand dollars and hire someone cheap cause you’ll get the same result. Waiting on final inspection on the attic but don’t have high hopes for that either. Can update when that’s done to see what needs to be fixed.

Since I can’t reply to your response I’ll edit my initial review.

If a project manager comes out and looks at this and approves it, it shows the quality of your company at the core. If an untrained eye like mine can catch this but your “professional” can’t even after being told to look for poor quality!? If I could return your half ass’d product I would in a heart beat.

The sales person was friendly and I was able to get my roof redone on a budget I could afford. The work crew worked well together and got the job done quickly. All roofing debris was neatly removed from the ground and was just as before they arrived. I am very satisfied with their work.

We have had excellent service with Budget Exteriors. 18 years ago we had 8 windows replaced. Today, those windows still look amazing and so easy to care for. We just had another window replaced. It was an Egress window in our basement. The process of choosing a window, ordering the window , and installation of the window was very easy. We were told what would happen, when it would happen, and the final installation and inspection. There was no pressure in the sale. Everyone was personable, knowledgeable, and the project was finished when they told us it would be finished. Our home was built in 1927. The installers were so great. They even went above and beyond and put in extra detail to update the area around the window. We will return to Budget Exteriors when we need our other windows replaced. Thank you BE. You are wonderful.

I have worked in the trades most of my life. In that time I have never hired contractor as honest and straight forward as Budget Exteriors. Just this year they have insulated my attic and installed leaf guard on my house. All their workers are honest, hardworking and as upstanding as I have seen. I highly recommend them and trust the work they do.

Great experience with them. Came right on time, the two guys that did the attic insulation were friendly and they cleaned up any mess they made. Would gladly get them to do more work on the house in the future. Highly recommend.

I had insulation placed in my attic and everything was very easy from start to finish. I didn't have to wait long to get it done after my initial call. When they arrived to do the installation they were respectful of our home and laid down plastic and wore foot covers to make sure no mess would me made. After they were done they took pictures to show us what was done and the difference before and after. I could feel the difference in our house!
