My husband and I are extremely happy with our bathroom design and remodeling project done by Burke Construction. It was amazing to watch the demolition of our old bathroom and then to see the room gradually being rebuilt and take the form of the beautiful professional design that had been worked on with us. Every team or individual who entered our home was courteous, respectful, and skilled in their craft. We appreciated the questions we were asked at various stages by those working here to ensure that we were happy with what was being done. We also appreciated the professional suggestions and feedback that was given that adjusted a couple of things to improve the overall look, feel, and usability of the space. The one who had the longest stint here given the scope of his job was the tile artisan, and his intense attention to detail and design, along with his artistic vision, resulted in a work of art. Each group cleaned up the space leading up to the bathroom when they were done, and the sturdy plastic wall that was put up before work began was an excellent dust and mess barrier, along with the protective floor coverings. We plan to work with Burke again for another bathroom in our home at a later time, and we would certainly recommend Burke Construction to others.

Burke just waterproofed my crawl space.
They delivered on schedule and exactly as promised in the contract. Day one they removed all debris and old insulation. Also removed all mold - the 46 year old floor joists look brand new. Day two trenched the interior perimeter of crawlspace walls, installed interior perimeter drain pipes, covered entire crawlspace floor with a waffled underlayment and then an ultra heavy plastic layer on top. Day 3 installed drain tank, sump pump, dehumidifier and exterior drain pipe. Day 4 installed waterproof foam insulation on interior walls up to the sill plate - waterproof sealed all around. Day 5 installed insulated steel access door, tested pump system. I’m a totally satisfied new customer.
