I started a business three years ago and needed furniture. I met Jessica and went to meet Lauren at the Tampa show room. They are amazing. They helped me design the office with the look I was going for and helped pick my furniture so that it fit the space. The delivery guys were amazingly efficient and professional. I had a slight problem with one desk 6 months after they were installed and they came right out and fixed it! I receive compliments on my office ALL THE TIME. Everyone loves the furniture! I'm not sure how they were able to make office furniture functional and exciting at the same time but they did. It has been three years since I purchased the furniture and it is in amazing shape. Even now when I reach out to the CI group and talk to Lauren and Jessica they are responsive and helpful. I always say you get what you pay for and it definitely applies to the CI Interiors. If you are on the fence about what you want for your office or furniture solutions just go with them. They are the best and you wont regret it. I will only purchase my furniture from CI group, they have a lifelong customer.

My customer experience here was awful. The responsiveness, proactive communication, and sense of urgency were lackluster at best. To make matters worse, CI Group failed to notify me of the cancellation of a scheduled delivery of my order. I had to inquire about the status myself when I was advised, initially without any apology, that the delivery would not be occurring at all that day. This is after I was invoiced over $600 for the local delivery of two desks. When you pay a premium price, you expect the customer service and quality to be excellent Instead, I paid over $600 in delivery fees for two items, am currently sitting at a folding table in order to operate my business, and was forced to rearrange client appointments around their new delivery schedule. I still have not heard directly from a supervisor at CI Group to hear out or address my issues.

Office furniture store in the heart of downtown Tampa. Although I don't have a business I really enjoy walking through this store because they have so many cool things. The building also has a historic story - it was once the site of a department store. Prices are a little high but the quality is certainly there.

Frustrating when you have hours of operation shown but the doors are locked & nobody is home... Is there anywhere to buy office furniture in this town that isn't office Depot or Ikea!?
