I would highly recommend City Electric Supply in East Tampa. Recently, I had an odd size breaker go bad, which operated everything important in my house and of course we had a holiday coming up so stores would be closed on Monday. Chuck Russ at this location, ordered one to be sent in from another location. Unfortunately, we also had a very bad storm headed our way. Normally, the other store would delay the delivery but Mr. Russ made sure the delivery was made and I was able to pick up before the store closed on Friday. I would expect any store to close shop right on time or even a few minutes early going into a holiday weekend but he was willing to wait for me, while I fought traffic. I reached him just before 5 pm and was greeted with a smile. I thought customer service was a thing of the past, obviously not at this place. Kudos and thank you again, you guys nailed it!

This crew is phenomenal and kind. I felt like I could explain my situation, and they kindly listened and explained how they were going to fix my issue. They were transparent with me about services and costs. You can tell they are dedicated to providing the best service and accommodating when needed! So pleased with their work!

I went into city Electrical supply to try and find a circuit breaker that went out in a duplex that I own. The duplex was built in the 1960's and the company that made the circuit breaker went out of business. Chuck (the manager) and his crew went above and beyond to find me the right breaker. Most commercial electrical company's that I checked with wanted to replace the electrical box, ( BIG MONEY), because the units were old. Thank you so much for looking out for the home owner and it was a pleasure doing business with you and your team. Jim
