Where do we begin... First, they are too expensive! Second, had a leak and they made me go buy plumbing parts I didn't need because my landlord wouldn't give me a letter saying they fixed it, then they still left me footing $500 of an obvious leak. Can look at the bills from the last decade I've lived at my house. Third, wife is having chemo and they charge me a disconnect charge and MADE HER reconnect the utilities. Kind of odd they haven't charged a disconnect fee in years since the customer reconnects their utilities unless apparently they are sick from cancer and chemo...

Lastly they have a monopoly on your utilities so you can't use anyone else...

You folks went up 14% on the bill last year, now you charge a VERY unnecessary "convenience" fee. We you folks should be ashamed of yourself. Ripping off already overpriced and hurting citizens. Whoever was this greedy, I hope you all sleep well at night.

I have never spoken to anyone here that was so rude as Roxanne was I was calling regarding of a bill and seeing what is my cut off date and how long do I have too make a payment .She had a very bad attitude. I mean, you’re there to answer questions. I think this is like the second time I have spoken with her. She really does have a very bad attitude problem and it’s very sad if you doesn’t like her job then don’t do it or answer the phone.. I will be calling to speak to the main manager because that was really truly uncalled for!!!!

We had a new construction build and they did not set up the meter to the billing department correct and were charging us incorrectly for 6 months. They then expected us to pay all 6 months worth of bills that they charged us wrong for in 1 month (over 1k plus the “regular” amount we paid them every month) Told them it’s 6 months worth of bills so we will pay it over 6 months - not our fault the meters was not setup correctly or reading properly, we will pay but we shouldn’t have to pay it all in one month. Every month they still mess it up. Every month there are issues. They can never figure out the bill. They apply our payment to the wrong accounts. If you have an option not to use them, then don’t. They can’t get it together

I’ve never seen such poor customer service as I have with the ladies that answer the phones for utilities. They are rude and disrespectful. You all need customer service training, including the supervisor since she’s the person that doesn’t reprimand you for it. Get a job that you like or stop bringing your personal problems to work. Consumers deserve better service.

Never have an issue when I pay my bill over the phone or in person. Every customer service representative has been real sweet so far that I have encountered with. I'm so pleased to live in a city with such caring customer service. Really makes a difference ladies & men! Keep up the great work!
