From coming out at a time that was convenient for us to give us an estimate to completion Conner was extremely easy to work with. Kevin, owner, came out and wanted to know what we wanted and gave suggestions along the way. He listened, measured out the space and gave us a quote on the spot. As it turned out they came in lower than the other 3 companies we had contacted.

Our project manager stayed in contact with us throughout the process, approximately 3 weeks in total, and answered all of our questions. They had to tie our new area into our existing pool enclosure and they did so seamlessly and made it look like it had always been there! The crew was fast and clean and it took no time from our schedule.

Conner did a fantastic job! Prior to having the windows installed the patio was just too hot for us to enjoy. Now we have a functional new room. Wayne the installer was fast, efficient and clean. In 2020, Conner installed a screen room on our house and its been such a welcome addition to our home. Over the years, we've added some puppies to the mix who have destroyed screens and we needed some replacements and a much more sturdy dog door installed to handle our excitable chocolate labs. The Conner team was happy to help build out a custom dog door for our giant pups. They were excited to watch the process and even more excited to test out the new dog door! We love our new enclosed lanai! When I called Conner Exterior to get a quote to enclose our lanai, Kevin Jones came the following day, when I emailed a question, Kevin called right back to answer.
When we decided to have Conner Exterior enclose our lanai, Jeremy came the following day to finalize the measurements. The customer service and time frame to complete the lanai was wonderful. By having the lanai enclosed with glass it keeps the dirt out, is very quiet and is cooler when sitting out there. We love having a "real door" and the tinted windows are awesome as well. A big shout out to Wayne who did the installation in one day, very professional! We would highly recommend Kevin and his team at Conner Exteriors and more to do your work.
