Siempré contestó mis llamadas sin importar las horas y frecuencia de las llamadas. The review is for situational awareness for anyone looking to engage with Dynasty Building Solutions. I have endured continuous mental pain and suffering, due to all the lies and unethical work from Dynasty Building Solutions. At the end of this post, my goal is to provide guidance to anyone to avoid doing any business with Dynasty Building Solutions.

In January 2025, we signed a legal and binding contract for Dynasty Building Solutions to refund my money, due to poor quality of work and continuous failed promises. They agreed to refund my money in 45 days, but they failed to meet this legal obligation.

Since the signing of the contract in January 2025, Dynasty Building Solutions replied only 4 times to emails and each time, asked for more time, since they did not have the money to send to me.

As a result, I have hired a lawyer and will be taking legal action. I do not like posting negative comments, but Dynasty Building Solutions breached their legal and binding contract. They will be held accountable in the court of law.

In conclusion, I recommend to anyone having issues with Dynasty Building solutions to file a complaint with DBPR. This is the Department of Business and Professional Regulation.

Updated: Victor, the first inspection was done before the year of a brand new roof. Per our conversation you said that at that time you had employees that for a reason are no longer working for you, this means that they WERE NOT doing their JOB CORRECTLY. The inspection completed in 2021 was not done correctly because there was definitely a leak in the garage. Now, you said that was not a leak in that inspection (2021) but when i submitted pictures which I still have, you can see the difference and damage in less than 1 year, so if one of you employees didn't do the water test to find the leak at the time, who is responsible for this, the customer or the company with liability to find the leak?Don't come up with a excuse to not to fix a roof that showed at the time that had a leak problem . Now of course the leak got worse after a few years. I trusted your company when they confirmed that there was no leak. I ASKED you to waive those $250 charge cause I feel that your company didn't do the right job back in 2021 to find this leak. Branden was amazing and work really hard to find the problem , and I am glad that he did. Unfortunately I don't trust you or your company to do any other job in my property due to lack of trust, and I will be hiring another company to fix this leak. Based on other reviews that we read., I am not the only one that feels this way.

This company is the WORST! They don't want to take any liability over a lack proper inspection from the beginning. We just finished speaking with the owner, Victor and I feel like he used to be a used car salesman with all the fake negotiating he was doing. I requested my $250 charge back since the inspection wasn't done properly the first time (less than a year when my roof was done) The only way he would refund my money is if we signed a liability release, why would I sign one if the leak in my garage wasn't under the warranty . Again, very shady. They only care about the almighty dollar and not customer satisfaction. After reading some recent reviews about this company, I'm not surprised. DO NOT waste your time.

Everyone should avoid this company if you don't want to deal with any headaches. I paid my down-payment to start my project and I had to wait almost a year to start and once the project was over I paid the rest of what I owed. 3 months after I paid Dynasty Building Solutions the contractors who did my roof sent me a letter stating they'll put a lien on my house because they weren't paid. I've been calling for months to see if they will pay the contractors and I haven't received any call back.

They're took my check with the agreement fix half of the roof, and then they're keep pushing me to change the whole roof. I didn't do it's they're keep delay worked, they're overestimate my house so much. So we're cancel the contract they said we take off the negatives review on Google they'll progress the work and return the check to us. It's take a bout 30 days to 45 days but now is 2 months they're disappearing.

Worst company on the face of earth. If we had a minus 5 it would fit them perfectly.
They charge you a Cadillac price and send you the cheapest sub contractor to do the work.
Don’t waste your money. Don’t be fooled by the name.
