Esplanade series by Taylor Morrison are the flagships of all Taylor Morrison communities. They provide the high-quality custom designs and luxury, which are unmatched by other builders.
This Esplanade at Wiregrass Ranch is the age-55+ community, featuring large lots and water and preserve views, and located in a wide-open area of south Wesley Chapel, FL. The buyers are provided with a huge selection of luxurious upgrades, not common with other builders.
The brand-new Esplanade Resort Venue was inaugurated in early December 2022 and features a huge pool with separate sections for lap swimming and for floating around. There are 3 tennis courts, 6 pickle-ball courts and a huge outdoor grassy area for parties, dancing with dedicated live band stand. The Venue interior consists of the full-featured gym, a group class room, a huge dining room, a large game room, a Spa room AND a Starbuck-like Cafe, where we can buy hot food, smoothies, coffee, etc.
We are proud and fortunate to be owners in this wonderful community.

Trying to drop my daughter off at the clubhouse for a party, I gave the guard my ID, which he scanned and told him the address on the invitation. At this point, I had already waited in a 5 car line for over 30 minutes. He came back and said he had called the resident at that address, and there was no party at their house. I read the invitation to him again, and he said he couldn't let me through and then opened the gates. I drove through, thinking he realized his mistake. The inner gate did NOT open. Now the next car is waiting, and we spoke, and he said the guard told HIM that I had to drive back around and get in the back of the line. I told the guard that I had already waited for 30 minutes, and he said he needed to scan my ID. I told him he had already scanned my ID a few minutes earlier. I told him my name, and he said I had to go get my ID and scan it again. In the meantime, Wow. So, 41 minutes, it took me to get into the gate so that my daughter could attend her girlfriend's bday party. When I got to the clubhouse, it was absolutely the correct address that I had given the guard. I don't know whom he called, but just, wow.

Just moved into 2 yr old house in esplanade wiregrass. Had a leak and builder sent the roofer over and wanted $550 to fix. He said the wind moved the nails around creating leak and it had been the 2nd time this roof was leaking in this area. I had another roofing company come to a full inspection and we have 6 vents in the roof which all have a poor design and install so currently 1 vent is leaking and the other 5 will soon follow. The proper repair to fix all 6 vents is $4300 and the builder is not cooperative in helping. I plan on escalating this legally as the builder feels it's ok for a 2 year old roof to leak twice in 2 yrs.

Beautiful homes, attentive construction superintendents and salespersons. Resort-style amenities and activities are prevalent in this 55+ community in Wesley Chapel, FL.

Its about as good as or a bit better than other 55+ communities
However other communities offer better food service like a full fledged cafeteria or restaurant
However location of this community is excellent compared to similar communities
Shopping is very close
Restaurants are close
I would assume that the amenities would increase as the community grows
Highways are close
Airport and downtown are less than 30 minutes drive

Tried calling the above phone 8 or 9 times and no one ever answers. Its automated. Seems they decide if and when to call back. Bad way to start off doing business imo. Is there a human number I can actually speak to someone? Otherwise Im building with someone else who has good attentive available customer service.
update: the usual automated response, with a generic email. I left my contact but like I said above, where is the phone number of a person I can contact.
