My wife and I have rented out our single family home since we moved out of state for grad school a few years ago. After a hail storm, Jim F. at Estate Claims Services managed the whole process, worked with our insurance adjuster, pushed the insurance company for additional settlement/payment for replacement gutters, and got the new roof on quickly and efficiently. The entire process was done while we were out of state, the roof looks great and should last us quite a while, and our on site property management said the contractors did a good work. Would definitely recommend

From the very start, Natan and his team provided a comprehensive review of our storm damage and laid out a plan to complete the job. Even suggesting a GAF solar shingles system (newer to MN) that we are choosing to try. Work was completed in a professional manner with great crews for siding, roofing, garage doors, gutters, and covers. We are anxious to see how the additional cost of the solar shingles versus the estimated savings will eventually be realized - energy and taxes. Also, thank you to Bonnie Koste and her team at American Family Insurance for coordinating all the necessary claims.

After an initial claim denial by State Farm, Jim continued to diligently work documenting the damage to our roof and continued to follow up with State Farm on our behalf. Due to Jim’s thorough follow up, State Farm fully covered our roof replacement. Not only was Jim thorough with State Farm and the claims process, but the actual roof replacement was very well done including navigating an issue with our chimney placement to ensure that water run off issues were corrected.
