We have had Executive interiors install carpet, flooring and tile in our house and guest house! They are a great family owned business that work hard. We had one little issue and they were honest, professional, trustworthy and fixed the problem right away!

This place is the best. From the friendly people up front to the installer and owner. They want you to be satisfied with the final project. My installer, Isaiah, was a perfectionist. He wanted to make sure we were satisfied and happy with his work. And best of all they arrived when they said they would and if there was going to be a delay they would always call to explain why.

I have used Executive Interiors several times in both of my homes over the last 10 years. I have always dealt with the owner himself from getting estimates to picking out the best materials for the project to installation and clean up. He has always been fair and professional as were his employees. The work he and later they performed for me has included installing linoleum in dining, hallway, kitchen and large living room, tile in two master bathrooms, solid hickory flooring throughout my entire upper level of my other 3 bedroom home and designed and completed a brick face around my gas fireplace making it look like an original brick fireplace!
In my first home he also put carpet in 2 bedrooms and linoleum in two bedrooms. I would like to add that due to my mother having a stroke and needing to move in with me immediately after hospitalization that I was frantic to have the carpet removed in the two bedrooms and linoleum installed so that she would be able to get around with her wheelchair, oxygen etc. much easier and Matt worked late into the evening hours to fit this project in for me and never charged me a penny extra over the original bid! That is what I call going above and beyond for your customers!! I have never had any problems with any of the workmanship or products used.I would highly recommend this Company and intend to continue to use their services whenever I need this type of work done.

They installed flooring in my home in North Dakota. They were sub contracted. Here is the review.

One of the owners did the install. (I will not use his name as I am not sure if he is still an owner) Poor installation is making it sound better than it is. Not even a couple weeks after my flooring was installed in my new home, the carpet started buckling and my vinyl started bubbling. I notified the builder and owner of Executive Interiors (E.I.) to try to have something done. The builder is a separate issue all on its own. The owner of E.I. came back to "repair" the flooring issues. Well, it was a quick "fix". Again, a couple weeks passed and carpet started buckling again. Months passed and I stopped receiving any communication from E.I. Needless to say, after I looked up their business license here in ND, they were no longer doing business here in ND. So, that would be the reason they had stopped communicating.

I hired a professional flooring inspector to come and perform a thorough inspection on the flooring of my home. Obviously, since E.I. would not respond to my requests for repairs, the builder was solely liable. The inspector found that there was NOT ONE example in my entire home where he could see that the carpet was stretched. (This is required for installation of carpet) They used DIRT from my yard to use as leveling agent in my basement where there is a height difference in my floor. This could have caused mold and I have a 2 year old son. Infuriated would be a nice way of putting it when the flooring inspector showed me. They did not use the right method of installation for the tack strip in my entire basement. The strip comes right off with little effort. They installed vinyl sheet over originally installed incorrect vinyl sheet in all my bathrooms and laundry room. (This voids manufacturers warranty). They did not use the proper adhesive nor the correct amount to install the vinyl sheeting, hence the extreme cases of bubbling. They were elongated bubbles which is representative of improper installation methods. This is not everything that the 20+ inspection report found. Fact is, I have to have my flooring replaced in my bathrooms, laundry room, entry and kitchen. I have to have the carpet repaired in my ENTIRE home. These are facts which I have factual data to prove. This is more than $3000.00 worth of damage Executive Interiors has cost me on top of what I paid for the original installation to the builder.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS unless of course you want this to happen to you.
