We had a great experience ordering our fireclay kitchen sink. We had tight specs to meet that weren’t standard and needed it asap. Alison Breslin patiently worked with us to find the right sink! She was knowledgeable, professional and calm!

I wanted so badly to like this experience. I decided to buy local rather than Amazon and my plumber recommended Fergusons. I spent some time at the showroom and decided to spend more money to go with all brass and discussed that I specifically wanted to limit hassle and have high quality. Unfortunately the faucet from Newport Brass was a lemon and my plumber spent 2 hours of labor installing, taking it out, trouble shooting, re installing new one, taking in and out the other stuff. They sent a new one that is functioning but the worst part is that I have been trying for 2 weeks for Ferguson's to have Newport Brass pay for the plumber or discount the product by that cost. I have called and emailed about 7 times. Today yet again I was promised by Shantee, a call back from the supervisor Tonya,-- I just called and they are closed. No call back. No call back last week either. I have paid the plumber. I think I will go Amazon next time. I will never shop here again.

Mindy did a great job today being super patient with us and helping us find the kitchen and bath faucets we wanted with all the random features and in the finish we wanted plus all the accessories to go with them. It was so much easier to do this in person and with her helping us than online which we'd been doing for months. Highly recommend going here if you're looking to remodel any bathroom or kitchen stuff. ?

The communication and management of my purchases has been horrendous. They don’t provide you updates on your order unless you follow up regularly, and the timelines they provide are completely inaccurate. Over a year in to waiting, and nothing to show for it other than a massive headache while they hold my money.

Really nice that there is a dedicated parking lot for customers. Katie was fantastic and took a lot of time helping us with appliance and plumbing selections. She was very knowledgeable about products and pros and cons. Best selection in one place that we have seen so far. As an Architect, I will definitely recommend to my clients.

I bought a washer dryer from Ferguson and since the first moment it is working with a load noise. The day that their technicians came to my home to install the washer dryer they made damages on the hardwood floor and Ferguson have never came to fix them or did not take any responsibility about that. When I buy an expensive product and from a store like Ferguson, with 5 years of warranty, I expect to have better service not way worst than others.
