As an AirBnB investor, I needed to find a Team that worked well with our vision, as well as stick within our budget & knows how to communicate. Ryan and his Team were wonderful to work with on our exterior rehab project. We had all new siding, insulation, gutters soffits & roof put on by Ryan, Sam and Team and they worked great with our vision. As surprises came up, as is always possible with an older remodel, they worked well with us to come up with solutions that made sense with our vision as well as with the budget we were working with. These guys are great! We had them remove an old deck and then build a three season porch and deck edition on the back of our house. It turned out fantastic. The company was very efficient always keeping us informed with any issues that came up with permitting, etc. and always offered solutions. The job was done in a very professional manner, and on time. Every one of the people that we dealt with from the owners down to the work people were very courteous. Would recommend this company for any of your deck or porch projects. We LOVE our new porch built by Fulsaas!

We are new to homeownership and looking to finish our basement. Ryan and Sam are very insightful, friendly and caring. They made great suggestion to our space.

Our entire basement was done in 8 weeks after signing. The build quality/material chosen is better than our builder. The communication is good throughout.

Ryan personally looks into our requests, and answer questions promptly. All the detailings/finishes are done to our satisfaction. They would fix something that I didnt even notice.

I handle all of the construction needs for my parents since I have 20 combined years of real estate and construction experience.
I HIGLY recommend them! After meeting with other contractors, I could tell some were beating around the bush in some of the questions I asked. Sam, their Salesman, was awesome and very detailed. Was not pushy at all. My old fashioned Dad would have never hired them if he was.

We got the Azek line with a built in baby gate for the grandson, which I never knew they had an option for. We also found out the Azek line was more heat resistant. Safety was number 1 because of the grandbaby. The quality of work was second to none. I'm serious because I am VERY picky with construction work. We just got this installed this month to beat the summer rush. I would recommend doing the same since other neighbors are now contacting them. I could go on and on but we are extremely happy!!
