The gentleman behind the counter was extremely courteous. We talked about different things for about 10 to 15 minutes. Since it was Thanksgiving day I was surprised to find out that he was there at 9:00 a.m. in the morning and able to handle what I wanted very easily. I will go back and use them again when necessary. I would like to thank him for being a fine gentleman and wish him and the store a happy holiday.

Love this store. The owner is Very friendly and knowledgeable. The store is set up nice. There's beautiful handmade jewelry. The owner makes and sells hand made on site glass blown items. It's nice to have them right downtown. Convient hours. My go to store.

Best glass, and other necessary items, in town! The owner, Pete, is awesome! Although he can be shy, he is truly very friendly and helpful! If you have any questions, he's right there to answer them. Pete's buddy, who we unfortunately have not caught his name yet (because he's awesome too!), will run the shop when he is unavailable and he's also very friendly and knowledgeable! My husband and I love Glass Pound and haven't gone anywhere else in the last 3+ years since my brother introduced us to the spot. They are definitely the best in Spring City and the surrounding area!! We Highly recommend checking the shop out sometime!

Awesome store! They have a wide variety of quality herbal products and the owner Pete blows most of the glass there himself, not to mention being a cool dude on top. Good selection of vape stuff as well. I usually go there to buy Kratom which they have in capsule, chewable, powder and even a liquid concentrate version - so best variety, best quality AND best prices? Can't go wrong.

The owner was incredibly polite, very knowledgeable and the merchandise was reasonably priced. It was a wonderful experience compared to the other places I’ve been. Would recommend it to anyone. His dog is super sweet too!
