Safe to say what had a great first experience. I like how helpful the ladies were as this was my first time here, and how easy it was to do everything. It was a spacious area which made his more comfortable. Even blow drying him/brushing him was a smooth process. Will definitely be back!

Firstly, the store is bright and clean. There were plenty of grooming supplies/treats/toys/food available in an organized fashion. Everybody at the store was so kind and helpful. They also have a website that shows a lot of their services, stock and supplies, which is very convenient.

As a first time puppy adopter, I’m so pleasantly surprised by the hospitality and customer service of this local pet supply business! They provide a “welcome puppy package” for any rescues you’ve adopted within 90 days, which included so many goodies! Their prices are reasonable and they offer plenty of other services. I’m happy to support this local business — can’t wait to come back for more goodies and treats!! Needless to say, puppy also had a blast!

Needed to find a new place after our groomer moved away. Decided to try Health Mutt which is down the street. I assumed it'd cost a lot more but was pleasantly surprised, it's very affordable. Alexis gave our dog a great groom and we've already made our next appointment. We will be taking our second dog there as well.

We take our dog here for nail trims. They do an excellent job every Time! Folks are super friendly!! Only takes a few minutes and very reasonable!! They have a great store, as well, stocked with everything..food, toys, etc for cats n dogs!!!

Not a very professional place. I tried calling them to inquire about the cost of a service. No one answered. I left a voicemail and never got a call back. Made a grooming appt online, my wife took my pup in, they did an amazing job (which is why i gave 3 stars).

While there she inquired about cat grooming since no one would call us back, they said "yes here is the cost, we'd love to do it." I make the appt. A few days later, I get an email saying my appt was declined with no reason as to why.

I had to contact them to learn they weren't taking new cats.

It is sadly unprofessional and we will be taking our crew of 4 back to petsmart where appts and communication have always been reliable and information we are given is accurate. Don't make clients work to give you their money.
