Sean and his crew are honest, kind and professional. They were wonderful at explaining their plan to give us a nice backyard for our new home that had been neglected for decades but assured me they would still preserve the wild wooded look so the woodland creatures habitat wouldn’t be affected too drastically. Sean is absolutely a perfectionist; watching him look at all sides and angles ensuring we had a perfectly flat surface was adorable and so satisfying as my mother and I are sticklers for symmetry and exactness. He gave me a slope down to my tiny house and put the slate rocks I had as janky walkway back into a beautiful thoughtful pattern. Attention to detail is amazing! Oh and
Sean also graded our driveway and front of the house a bit to fix a serious flooding issue we had with heavy rain 🌧️ in our garage. He explained it wasn’t just the grading that needing fixing but replacement of gutters to be wider and to flow away from the home with the help of grading. This is allllll so new to us-all these little and big problems so having someone like Sean explain it to us so we can easily understand was very helpful.

Finally, my mother who is shy feels like she has a new son and wishes she could adopt him lol. Thank you Sean for making the process of this huge task look so simple and getting it done for my birthday weekend! I so appreciate it.

Been so busy didn’t get to take a picture after he seeded and added the hay. But here are 3 before pictures and one almost finished pic, will add another with the complete job done as soon as I can 🙂 and then one when the grass comes in 🙂 standby for that update!

6days since the job was completed and we have GRASS! Can’t believe it! I have a real backyard in my wild wooded garden 🙂 (see last pic)

If we could give 20 stars we would. Within a day of contacting them they came out to give us a quote to remove a propane tank and fill in the hole and regrade our backyard. They are professional kind and show up when they say and anyone who lives in the Poconos knows that is a miracle in of itself. The work was superior and we are bringing them back for a second and a third project. They even followed up with us after the project was complete to make sure we were satisfied. To begin to make use of a new yard, I needed to have it graded to correct some puddle issues and then seeded. Along with the functioning yard space, I needed to have a space to turn around, preventing the need to reverse down a steep driveway. Choosing Sean was an excellent decision for this project. He was able to make suggestions that had my basic outlook turn out better than I expected and did it at a fair price. I'll definitely have him back to work on other projects and would recommend him without a second thought.
