I had a great first experience with HitchDoc! After 10 years of beating up my Eagle plow it was time to get a new bracket for my ATV. I was able to easily find the bracket I needed and ordered it on 10/31. The bracket and all the necessary hardware (plus some extra) arrived on 11/2 and I am back in business ready for the first snow fall. I should also mention that I searched several websites for these parts and HitchDoc was the most reasonably priced and shipping was included (on orders over $100). Thanks HitchDoc!

Elise is a very nice person to speak with but unwilling to be helpful or understanding. I would not recommend purchasing from them or Northstar ATV, clearly their site but under a different name. They shipped and billed me for a double order yet won't help me out with shipping the hitch back to them and are charging me the 20% restock fee!
I went back through my email and received only one confirmation email for one hitch. Still not willing to help me out!
UPDATE:
Just received a phone call from Elise, because I haven't opened the one box, she is willing to waive the 20% restock fee as long as I pay shipping. Nice to see some flexibility.

Ordered a plow from one of their dealers for my atv. Dealer sends me the correct plow and push tubes since he had them in stock and did it promptly. Unfortunately thats where the good experience ended. Hitchdoc sends me the wrong mount even after the dealer I purchased the product from gives them the correct part number. Then I had to ship back that mount and wait for them to ship another mount to me(which they refused to do until they got their wrong one back). So now I get the second mount sent to me only to be the same wrong mount they sent me before. Yes folks they sent me the wrong mount twice! So here my plow sits for three weeks now still without a correct mount for my atv costing me money in my snow removal business as my machine is sitting. I would not recommend doing business with hitchdoc.

After you purchase have fun getting parts. Company bought an 8210 blower for cleaning the yard. Broke the mounts on the unit when the cutting edge hooked the concrete edge. Vendor in Hitchdoc's network has been trying for 3 days to get a quote and or parts from Hitchdoc and vendors phone calls are not being returned.

I ordered an Eagle Plow System (mount, push tube, swivel, blade, and some accessories) for my Brute Force through NorthStarATV. I received all packages except the blade. So I called up NorthStarATV and got put in touch with the most helpful person! Laura was on top of things!! Very kind and got things all straightened out for me. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND doing business the NorthStartATV!
