Felt like she was rushing through our appointment and was frankly kind of rude and invalidating. Reproductive health can be very emotional, and I did not feel comfortable with her at all. Won't be coming back.

I highly recommend Dr. Su and her office staff. Not only were they excellent to work with in office, but when I had a question over a year later, they were extremely helpful and responsive. Dealing with health care can so often be challenging so I truly appreciate how great this team is!

She is very caring and thorough.
Takes time to listen which is hard to find in a urologist.
Very responsive.
She’s works well with oncology and radiology to insure the best results possible for my husband.

My husband went to Dr. Su after he had gone to ER with a UTI. Dr. Su prescribed antibiotics and ran a few tests and said to go have a CT on the abdomen in a couple of weeks just to make sure that everything is ok. Much to our surprise, 4 hours after my husband had his CT, Dr. Su called with awful news…my husband was diagnosed with Kidney cancer, 6.5 cm mass in his right Kidney. Dr. Su suggested to do a partial nephrectomy and try to save as much of the kidney function as possible, and only removing the mass. We took her advice and got surgery scheduled for the following week. Dr. Su saved my husband’s life! She performed a successful 6 hour surgery and was so patient with us. She is a young, highly educated and intelligent doctor! Very compassionate and has extremely warm bedside manners. Recommend her to anyone looking for an extraordinary Urologist/Surgeon.

The office staff doesn’t seem happy to help. Lots of subtle rude energy. The doctor felt frazzled and rushed and didn’t listen to me effectively (possibly because I’m a younger female but her also being a female is exactly why I came to her). Disappointed. Skip her and find a better doctor
