$700 was a great value for this in my opinion, easy too, no games or salesmanship contests, we weren't even home at the time of the appointment, they just showed up and did their work, they didn't spill it on the house or ANY adjacent concrete either which is hard to do. You can tell they care. I will be calling them again.

I have used Jet Black for many years without any issues. Unfortunately, this year it was different and very bad. They came in on a rainy day and tried to speed up the work with large blower fan. As a result they have completely destroyed by white garage door with asphalt spots. I notified the owner after I noticed the problem. He was so unprofessional that he not even bother to respond to my email. This is not the way a business should treat a loyal customer. I will definitely spread the word and file a complaint with the BBB and think twice before using them again. I am very much disappointed to say the least 😞

After, I posted this review. The owner reached out to me and personally painted the entire garage door.

I have been using them for 15+ years and never had any issues except the one mentioned above. Then, everyone deserves a second chance and Jet-Black lived up to their promise. I will highly recommend them without any reservations at all.

I’ve used Jet Black many times throughout the years. They are always very professional, honest and on time. They do a fantastic job every time. Everyone from the manager to the installer/applicators are terrific and very respectful. They appreciate my business. You will pay a little more for their service but they do way more than their competitors and the driveway coating lasts for years, unlike others. I highly recommend Jet Black!

Called Jet Black after another pavement company consistently let me down. Jet Black had a quote in my email within 3 hours of my request. They came the following day and performed the work exactly as they said they would for the price that was quoted and did a great job. What more can you ask for these days! I will for sure be using Jet Black again.

It did take a while for the office to return my request for a quote; it was worth the wait. From the point I received my quote everything was seamless. The crew and the work they did was excellent. My driveway looks great and I believe the life of my driveway has been extended well beyond the relatively small price I paid.

Couldn't be happier with the experience, easy no contact quote, execution of seal coating was done efficiently and cleanly, no tar anywhere except driveway. The driveway looks fantastic and the lawn edging looked better after as well. It was more affordable than I thought as well, to top it off. It was one of the easiest home improvements I have done in awhile - highly recommend Jet-Black!
