If I could give this man zero stars I would. Terrible business man. Very egotistical and unpleasant, unprofessional and
disrespectful, very rude to a lady. And does not care about his customers. He's had my van for over a week to the point I'm about to lose my job. Kept saying he's gonna work on the van and never did. To the point I called and said I'm about to lose my job and I have 3 kids at home. He said that I call too much to where he can't work on my van. I've called 2x in a week and didn't reach him the first time just left a message that he never even returned the call to tell me anything. The first time reaching him talking to me 1x on the phone was grounds for him to say take my van somewhere else. I will never come there again and I will tell everyone in town of this experience. If I would have just brought it to a bigger name place in Marshall it'd would have been done days ago. It's just a fuel pump. That's what I get for msupporting local. I will bring my business to Marshall from now on. /

If I could negative star this company I would solely because of the way the owner Chris’s wife Shelley verbally attacked me. I am thoroughly disgusted with the entitlement shelley felt she deserved. She has definitely brought a terrible reputation and look for this family owned business and I will be sure to tell every person I know never to do business with this company.

They do the small jobs also. Had a leaking tire problem. Made an appt for the next day. They discovered a bad seal between the tire pressure sensor and the rim. Most places would have replaced the sensor and charged me for a new one. They replaced the O-Ring seal on the old sensor, put everything back together and then discovered my wheel had the incorrect balancing weights on it. They replaced them with the correct weights rebalanced the wheel assy and reinstalled it. They also checked the torque on all the lug nuts and found loose ones not tighten to spec's. I came in with a leaky tire and left feeling confident that they went above and beyond just fixing a leak. People who care about their job enought to check what others do not earn my loyalty. The price he charged me was less that a national tire store would have charged me for fixing just the leak.

I brought my vehicle in for a supposed starter failure and engine noise. Expected a hefty bill but walked away with only paying 73.83 and being shown some honest work by an honest guy. I’m not from the area but recommend him 100%!

Bad experience both times I went here takes forever to not look at your car kinda seems like a slacker with poor customer service never doing business here again
