Dwayne and his team handled our job with professionalism and compassion. We couldn’t be more pleased with his attention to detail and how amazing the house turned out. Like many other people, I normally save google reviews for negative experiences. However, Dwayne and the rest of the boys at MDI provided me with an incredibly high standard of excellence (in an absolute mess of a situation) that I have found to be unparalleled compared to any contractors I have dealt with previously.

These guys are the real deal. They don’t do anything not right the first time, they are highly communicative and keep you updated throughout whatever process they are performing.

Dwayne and his son Clayton were incredibly professional and did the job to standard and responded immediately to a water loss. When they came, they identified the problem and explained everything they were doing. They were wonderful to my wife and kids throughout the process and I would hire them again without hesitation.

If I could give more stars I would. I had a great experience with MDI during an unfortunate time. My toilet decided to overflow when I was not home. Luckily me neighbor came home to find his garage ceiling leaking water which was below my bedroom (condow townhomes). The toilet ran for a considerable amount of time saturating my bathroom floor, bedroom carpet and my neighbors garage ceiling. MDI showed up promptly and were extremely professional and friendly. They educated me on the extent of the damage and what needed to be done and got straight to it. I was amazed out how thorough they were. You could tell they were highly experienced and knowledgeable when it came to restorations. Mr. Dwayne cut no corners and treated my home like it was one of there own. That meant a lot, they are also very efficient and got things done quickly and effectively. I typically don’t write reviews because I’m lazy lol but they certainly deserve it. This company left and experience that I will never forget. If I moved to hawaii and a similar event occurred I would say “damn, I wish I could call the MDI guys to restore this”.
