The phone number on their website does not go anywhere. The phone number here doesn't go anywhere. (MAYBE the 6440 number is right, but it's ALWAYS busy...which means it's off the hook) The email ContactUs hyperlink on their website emails to…get this… “ContactUs” - that's hilarious! Their hours on here say 24/7...then why can't you reach anyone? As one other person apply stated: our tax dollars hard at work!! I suspect the 4.1 rating is due to votes from deceased, multiple votes, or BOT votes, in typical government fashion.

There are some pretty bad reviews about this place. Apparently some people need to work on their knowledge of what the National Weather Service does and how hard their job is. As to the apparent issue of being "behind the surrounding offices," believe it or not, weather, and especially flooding, can be localized. For example, surrounding offices might issue a watch sooner because the models give them higher confidence in doing so. I could keep going, but I'll wrap up by giving a gentle reminder that while weather forecasting is not always perfect, the employees serving us at the National Weather Service have a far better track record than their counterparts from a century ago. Please acknowledge this and rather than expecting the forecast to hit the bulls-eye 24/7, let's thank the men and women that have devoted their time to give us weather forecasts that, when not warning us of hazardous weather, are at least convenient and not to be taken for granted.

I see that you predict the weather for tomorrow and you call tomorrow,"Washington's Birthday" but it isn't, it is Presidents Day. Washington's Birthday is on the 22nd of Feb.. Thankyou.
