Absolutely infuriating school bus service! After four weeks of nonstop calls to change my kids' bus stop, I was finally told it meets the so-called "required criteria." Seriously? In a community with no sidewalks and reckless drivers who refuse to obey speed limits, my kids are now forced to walk home on a dangerous stretch of road. If a car is parked on the side, they either have to walk in the middle of the street or wait for another car to pass—putting their safety at risk every single day.

And the worst part? This could all be avoided if the driver simply stopped closer to our house—which would take less than a minute! But no, apparently common sense and basic safety mean nothing to this company.

To top it all off, their customer service is beyond unprofessional. They never return calls, leaving parents completely ignored. If this is how they treat concerned parents, I can only imagine how awful it must be to actually work for them.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This company does not care about the safety of children—period.

Every day my daughter has a new bus stop. I had to call the school and ask where my baby was because the bus drivers dropped her off somewhere else. They keep picking and choosing where to drop her off. I tried to get the route planner to have the bus stop changed to her home because the bus passes our house TWICE on our one way street yet the bus drivers ( plural because it seems it’s a new one every week) continue to ignore the request. If you ignore the request that is fine, but at least pick one bus stop and stick with it or NOTIFY THE PARENT if anything changes. As a former bus driver , this is ridiculous.

I have 3 kids on the bus (11,7,6) my kids are now going on their 4th driver the past 3 drivers have been picking up and dropping off doorside due to the fact their is mot street light at the stop and the people who live in here dont respect the speed limit considering the bus driver is new i tell my oldest to let her know how it has been since they started riding the bus and she proceeded to get smart with my child i then call transportation and explain it took two days to hear back just for the supervisor to be rude and talk over me and basically didnt hear me out on anything and told me the bus stop is safe and the other drivers was doing me a favor by getting them from my driveway after her saying no no no she tells me she will do doorside meaning they will get picked up and dropped off going out of the neighborhood rather then getting them coming in AKA MY NEIGHBOR DRIVEWAY!! and to my surprise she is still stopping on the other side and now i have to try to get help again mind this is all because im concerned for my kids safety and dont want to risk them being speed bumps i emailed the zone supervisor and have yet to hear back

It’s ALWAYS these busses in this county that cannot drive to save their life! I’ve almost been hit more times than I can count on one hand and it’s RIDICULOUS because we trust these driver to take our kids to school safely.. This morning this particular bus ran a stop sign out of a neighborhood on Fairview Road, had I not paid attention they would have hit my little Nissan Versa.

Having a hard time getting the 5 star reviews. In my neighborhood, for which the speed limit is 25, they fly like bats out of hell!!! I’ve seen them run the stop signs, none of the California roll business, they don’t even slow down! I believe putting kids on these busses could very well be dangerous!!

Reading the comments you would think that all of the 5 star reviews were employees or something because if I could give some a true review on this school districts bus drivers I’d give them ZERO STARS. They are rude and they use the buses as weapons. I’ve seen time and time again drivers flash their brights on other drivers. A driver came over on another vehicle because they were proceeding to pass all while the driver was riding the tail of the vehicle in front of them. If you can just take your child to school. They are in more danger on than anything. From road rage to reckless driving! I know for sure they don’t regularly check the bus cameras!!! Specially bus 2186!!!

I have two high schoolers that are on a crowded bus, and I've tried numerous times to contact someone at this facility to have another bus assist in picking these kids up. Kids are sitting in the middle of the isle of the bus. That is safety hazard and would mean bus is actually full to capacity. Someone needs to respond to my emails or I will be contacting local news to help with this issue.
