Your minivan driver need to learn how to stop at stop signs I've almost been hit by the same one 2 days in a row. A rolling stop doesn't consist of stopping and than they get mad at me for going causeni was stopped first. That's very unsafe for these kids there driving. I have kids in my vehicle also. Corner of main st and Lincoln Ave. Around 7:50ish one day they will hit someone if they keep doing this

First it was Mike- he’s a whole reason not to do any business with this company. Really concerned that these people are part of shaping our children’s future when they can’t even have adult conversations without being rude or getting snippy when they don’t like something. Not to mention his name is mentioned 4-5 times in google reviews. Might be time to reconsider who your drivers are and how they treat people. Then we moved and the bus company just decided themselves that our grant for free bussing for the year didn’t count anymore and I had to pay $450 to get my kid on a bus she has already been on all year. They were literally mad at me because the grant I received was more than “normal”. The person on the phone told me I had to get ahold of the school and figure it out as it wasn’t their job. I’d guess there will be a response about how sorry they are I experienced this but after reading the previous complaints it’s clear it’s all just for show and they aren’t making any changes. Owatonna bus company does not care about parents or our struggles. They do not care about our kids educations AT ALL and they absolutely have no idea how to deal with people. Hopefully sooner than later our school will listen and enforce some much needed changes.

If I could leave 0 stars I would! Worst bus company I have ever had experience with!! Unsafe bus drivers that speak horrificly to the children on the bus and not just my children! Worst customer care I've ever recieved !! I've taken my kids off one bus already for being threatened by the bus driver and cussed out multiple times by him!! Bus company does nothing but treat you like your the problem for compalining or having concerns!!! Mike has been the most unpleasant person I've ever had the experience of talking with from this specific company! Next year and every year after my children will be taken to school by cabs if that's what it comes down to!! And I do have recordings of the conversations with the bus company itself (Mike) and recordings of the bus driver screaming and cussing at all of our children!! I strongly encourage everyone with children on these busses to talk to your children and be sure they feel safe!!!

Rude front desk lady. Knowledgeable of relatable topics but there is absolutely no need to come with a straight impertinent attitude for the beginning. Bus driver had all the kids get off bus then drove back around to the school to drop a my son back off just because he did not have a pass. He shouldn’t be working with kids!

Apparently they need to train the woman who answers the phone. How to treat the parents of the kids who are riding their bus services? I could not get a word in and she hangs up before I was even done completely rude. The guys that answer the phone or always polite and considerate to what you are saying. I have no issues with them

COULD THIS COMPANY PLEASE “TRAIN THEIR DRIVERS BETTER” ... and order that in cold weather they be punctual and if they can give the children a little extra time, like wait at least 3 minutes in case a child arrives a little late ,sometimes the streets are snowy and ice and makes it more difficult for them to walk and it takes them longer to get to the bus stop, THEY DESERVE SOME COMPASSION PLEASE .

NOT ALL THE PARENTS CAN DROP THEIR CHILDRENS OFF AT SCHOOL .

Mike is rude... I can't believe this is who I'm trusting my son with if he's rude, and after reading the others complaints... too get my son off and from school...I might as well just do what I've been doing the last 5 years! But, my son wants to ride the bus... so we'll try it!!
