Mitchell is an exceptional technician! He came to my unit and fixed a heating problem that no one else could figure out. Godfrey and team did a great job installing an expansion tank and water pressure regulator in my home. had small leakage from water heater, The technician wanted to wait and see if it continued, due to some seals expand and seal themselves , before we jump into replacing element, i’m good with that

This is the second time Joe with PBCI-Allen has been to our house to fix furnace issues. Joe each time has worked non-stop until the problem was solved. First was the control board, next transmitter and sequence panels (or something like that). He is knowledgeable and efficient. We highly recommend PBCI and more specifically, Joe!

PBCI Allen is wonderful! We bought our home 6 1/2 years ago and have had PBCI Allen do all of the yearly HVAC maintenance and service. I recently had an issue with a circuit breaker in one of the rooms in our house. Shane was out the next day.l He diagnosed the problem and ordered a new breaker. He was very efficient and knowledgeable! Also, he was very respectful of the house.
