Here is my experience you make the judgment Plant City awning an aluminum performed a very poor job on the roofing of my enclosure upon completion I called and left messages and spoke to the owner twice about the consistency of the leaks in the roof he even brought to me keep Cement and caulking to do the work myself I have to pay them for a job you should’ve completed and also be in 72 years old with a heart attack three months ago After talking to the owner again and tell him that I was gonna go to small claims court with respect of poor work done an failure to finish the job. At that point he did return within two days with a new crew which one of the crewmembers said the job is going very poorly however I did the six leaks 5 were corrected one continue to leak upon meeting the owner of the lowes he committed again come back and fix that one wall with six or seven work days with no rain and perfectly hot weather he failed to do it so today Friday He promised to drop by some tape and caulking for my son will be here on leave and will correct the problem but just think it’s now three months at least 10 phone calls only one visitation from him commitments to know when to come and never fulfilled him telling me to go up on the roof and complete his job that he filled take it for what it’s worth Would you want him doing your job

I want to give Plant City Awning & Aluminum Products a HUGE THANK YOU for their exceptional customer service and amazing workmanship. We wanted to add a patio with an aluminum awning on to the back of our house. When I called Plant City Awning & Aluminum Products and left a message, Larry, the owner was very punctual about returning my call. He even made an appointment to come and look at the job that we wanted done for the very next day. Unfortunately, he was unable to accommodate the concrete work that we needed. However, he gave us explicit instructions on what we needed such as footers and the length and width of the concrete pad that would make this project look amazing. Once we had the concrete slab installed, I contacted Larry again. The very next day he came back out and inspected the concrete slab. He then set a date for two days later to install our awning. Larry’s work crew arrived on time, and they were very professional and polite. Larry even came out to make sure the crew understood the project and showed great attention to detail. Larry came out again when the job was finished to make final inspections on his crews work. It really looks amazing, and we look forward to doing business with Plant City Awning & Aluminum Products in the future.

We are so very pleased with the carport that mr. Larry’s crew installed. We have renamed the carport to boatport, because that is what it is used for. My husband has been talking about a cover for his boat for many many years and we weren’t sure who to call until the plant city word of mouth had many reviews about the company. No more buying blasted tarps 3x’s a year to cover the boat. Hallelujah. Also had an awning put up on our side garage door. Thank you mr. Larry for a fantastic job and down the road we will be using you again. God bless

We chose Plant City Awning because of their vast experience in the patio enclosure space; their pricing was competitive and their reviews were good. The patio enclosure is beautiful; we did question some of the dents in the ceiling but were told they would work themselves out over time. It has been almost 5 months since we had the enclosure installed. Over the past few weeks, we've noticed a leak from one of the panels; right over our ceiling fan that we had installed (by an electrician, btw). After inspecting it ourselves, it appeared that the water was coming from the ceiling panel itself and the water was pooling where the fan was installed. We called Larry at Plant City Awning for someone to come out and look at the ceiling to make sure there wasn't something going on. Larry quickly blamed our electrician and accused them for having done something. According to Larry, there was no way there was any issue with their awning work! He wouldn't even agree to come look at the ceiling to confirm. We are not assuming it was the Awning company's fault, we just wanted them to come look. Larry hung up on us and would not listen to us when we tried to explain what we thought was happening. We have now called our electrician back out just to prove to Larry that it wasn't the electrician's fault. I would not recommend this company to my enemy! They have poor customer service and have an excuse for everything! Nothing is ever their fault! I'm just hoping we can get to the bottom of our leak and get it repaired! It's disappointing, especially, since it hasn't been that long since we had the patio added to our home!

These folks are the best at what they do. Completely professional. We LOVE our new screened in porch. They were done with the job and clean up in less than 2 days. Results are a very nice porch that ties in with our home like it was part of the original plan. The most important part of paying for a service is getting what you pay for...We are 100% pleased with our new porch. Thank you for a great job!

Owner Larry Johnson came to my home ..we finalized the color and contract and said he would call me in two weeks..it's now 2 months and never called back. I wouldn't recommend this company.
