We cannot recommend Proficient Construction enough! We had a large tree fall on our house in a storm and it was our first time filing a claim through insurance. We had lots of questions along the way, but Ann Ruud was amazing to work with. She came on-site several times to make sure things were going as planned. As a guy that retired from a long career in commercial construction, I can say that I am extremely satisfied with the great job by Proficient. I had them install an elevated 20x30 deck and a matching concrete patio below. The deck was a Moisture Shield product that I have used previously and really like. The concrete patio was done by Dale Pexa, their subcontractor, who did an outstanding job.

The attention to detail from everyone involved was exceptional. I took multiple bids on this work and found that Proficient was extremely competitive in their pricing. Their proposal was very professional and clearly articulated all aspects of the bid. I would happily use Proficient on my next project and can recommend them to anyone needing a top quality deck.

We contacted a few roofing companies for estimates for replacing our very old roof and skylights. After meeting Ann Rudd at Proficient Construction it was obvious that we would be moving forward with this company.

Ann discussed all of our options and listened to and responded to all of our questions. She quickly got us a few different quotes based on the various options we had for our skylights and was very patient with us while we were deciding what skylights we wanted to go with and trying to figure out our payment options. She never rushed us or made us feel pressured to make a quick decision.

After the work was done Ann came to the house to do a walk-through to make sure we were satisfied with everything. We are very happy with our new roof and skylights! I highly recommend Ann and Proficient Construction!

Rachel and Ashley Murphy were able to make it to my place and check for hail damage within a few days of contacting them.
Navigating the claims and payment process was much easier with their knowledge. Once we got the claim info from insurance, I was scheduled a week out to get my roof fixed. It all happened so fast!

The crew that worked at my place was great about picking up nails and being proficient 😉 in their work. On top of that, Ashley was there supervising to ensure things were running smoothly. The roof looks amazing, the whole process went so smoothly, and I couldn't have asked for better people to work with!

We were really impressed with the care that Boe took to make sure that our custom fitted deck was exactly right for our needs. He & his team did such an amazing job. We just love our new deck! It was a challenge to figure out how to get the most out of a small space but Boe was able to figure it out. The crew was so nice to work with. We would highly recommend them for any job large or small. Skilled perfection & hands down the best in their profession! We just love our deck with the floating walkway! I was so happy with their work, customer service and communication from their team, that when a hailstorm came through, they were 1st people I called. They did a thorough inspection and provided enough information to call in a claim. They met with the insurance company and now we have a beautiful roof that really enhances the curb appeal. They were very mindful of all of the gardens I had around my home. There was a mother mallard on a nest beside the house and they were so careful not to scare her. All the ducklings have since hatched and we've spotted them in the pond at the back of our property.. They are currently working on our windows and gutters and I look forward to working with them in the future. Thanks Boe!
