Amazing team, great price and quick turnaround.

I ordered Sliding Glass Doors and a main entrance Door and my experience was top notch.

The communication from Tanya was outstanding. The knowledge and experience from Ray was fantastic.

My cost was thousands less then Lowe’s and Home Depot!

The delivery teams were friendly, carful and professional.

The only thing I would improve is the lack of a showroom/ products on display and the organization of the departments. But this is a extremely minor issue.

We ordered some interior doors and some molding to remodel our home. We didn’t know where to start, happened to come across Raymond Building Supply. We spoke with a door specialist and she was able to direct us. A couple discussions later our order was placed. When I spoke with the dispatch office about delivery, I was told they could make delivery a day sooner.. PERFECT! The girls in that office were so polite and helpful. We will definitely be using Raymond’s for all future needs and will recommend to anybody who needs Millwork or Lumber.

Raymond has very poor service. I bought 2 windows over 6 months ago. 4 months ago they put in the wrong size panel so bugs get inside. I can't believe they would even install it like this. They have not repaired or fixed and always deflect responsibility. I will upload pictures later but now forced to file a complaint with DBPR. Today they sent a tech who said he couldn't get inside house which is false (at the house and doors unlocked so it was impossible they came). Marissa Sherman the window coordinator doesn't care the the manager Matt V. will not return emails or calls.
FOLLOW-UP UPDATE: As suggested I contacted Mike Barr and he was very dismissive, angry and arrogant. I was shocked he refused to offer any refund, refused to follow up to complete the work, and directed me to pursue legal action. He left me a voice message and when we spoke live I was shocked. I am following up to protect my investment but am also very shocked somebody in leadership is too prideful to do the right thing and prefers losing business over pride.

One star is too much, I had 3 separate scheduled appointments with Josh to come to my home, each appointment appointment was a reschedule through Pulte Homes due to no shows.

On 3 separate occasions I spent 4 hour + windows of time at home waiting for them to arrive. THEY NEVER SHOWED, and NO CALL.

I called this morning and the operator at Raymond Builders couldnt have been bothered to help me, they transfer you to a # of a department where nobody answers and you're asked to leave a message. No response.

I can see why Pulte homes has severed there contract with Raymond Building supplies for any of their new home builds. When the manager (Josh) from Raymond can't give you the respect or professional curtisty of a call it speaks volumes to the customer service offered by Raymond. Terrible - avoid this company. Completely unprofessional.

I was recommended this company because of our contractor building our new home. Now I think it was just because they work together and not because of their actual service or quality. To say the least Raymond Lumber has TERRIBLE customer service! Our order for our front door was estimated to arrive 03/11/2022 from our order date 01/07/2022, no problem. Our estimated date was pushed back, again, I understand with all the back orders in today’s world. However it’d be nice if they called and notified me instead of me having to call a week later for an update. None the less, our door was delivered today, 06-01-2022, which is fine. But there was no prior call to set up a delivery. My husband and I both work night shift and were inconvenienced by the delivery. The guy who carried our door into the garage hit the the door against the top of the garage. Worst of all the door showed up unpainted, when we clearly discussed in the showroom upon ordering that the door was to be painted white. The door came primed and completely dirty with black scuff marks and finger prints covering both sides of the door. When customer service was called, I was directed to the sales person we worked with, Amanda Boehmer, in Ft. Myers. Amanda was beyond rude and dismissed my entire complaint. When I said it was unacceptable that the door show up in this condition, she told me that we needed to paint it ourselves and clean it with acetone prior to doing so. For as much money as we spent on this door, it should have been perfect or at minimum been compensated for our troubles and us having to do the work ourselves. I firmly believe any company would be better than Raymond Lumber and would recommend Lowes or Home Depot before ever referring anyone to this company.

Awful customer service by mousy young girl with glasses at service desk. Even tho I was one of two customers she was too consumed with what ever was in on her computer screen to help. I was looking for a none standard base moulding width and she referred me to a display with what she said was all they had. Never bothered to tell me that i could special order what i was looking for. When i asked about special ordering it was like pulling teeth to get her help. went to Lowe's instead.
