There are not enough stars for me! I would give Gary and his crew 10 stars!! I am a “serial remodeler” meaning I don’t just do it all at once. Gary has been so great to work with and understands my approach to remodeling. My husband and I are thrilled with all the work that has been done to our 80s house: siding, redecking our decks, flooring, bathroom remodels, ceilings, and building awnings are just a few of the jobs they have done. And I am sure there will be more (hint: saving for a kitchen remodel). I love that they will help with projects big and small…providing ideas along the way. Randy and I proudly promote Reef Runner!

We had rotten subfloors and had to remodel our entire house. We contracted with Reef Runners. I was a general contractor in Colorado for over 20 years but did not have the ambition to take on this project. I am getting better at writing checks than doing work anymore. Gary offered to have me ride with him and his dad to numerous jobs to see their capabilities and meet some homeowners. I was sold and signed the contract with an agreement that I may do some of the work. Reef Runners started our job on schedule and finished in a reasonable amount of time. Since I have skills in all aspects of construction I kept an eye on what was going on. There were a few times that I offered my advice and it was well received. I did end up doing some of the work myself and Reef Runners worked with me time wise and financially in a equable fashion. I would hire Gary and his team for my next project that I do not want to tackle.

We are absolutely in LOVE with our new zero entry shower built by Reef Runner! They overcame the challenges typically associated with the installation of an extra long linear drain. Not only does it look beautiful, but it functions amazingly, reducing draining and drying time with the greatest of ease. They also mastered the install of the not so common double basket weave design on the walls with complete continuity. Even though we ran into some unexpected setbacks, they were committed to delivering a fantastic end result that was well worth the wait. They were professional, communicative, dependable, personable, respectful, and forthright throughout the entire process. Anyone that has ever done any type of remodeling in their home, knows that hiccups do occur, but the character and integrity of which a company shows in how they persevere, is priceless. I would actually give Reef Runner more stars if I could. We bought an older home and Reef Runner updated it for us from top to bottom! The workers were all so pleasant and professional. They worked every single day once the project started. They knew how to do everything! The tile work is gorgeous and we love our new wet room. We are so proud to show off our “new” home after all of the improvements made by Gary Winkler and his crew.

Thank you to Brian and the crew of Reef Runner for helping us with our custom door. We have an older home, and the original 4-foot-wide wood front door was deteriorated and needed to be replaced. Although we reached out to several companies, they all wanted us to size down to a 3-foot-wide door. I saw Reef Runner Remodeling at a Gulf Breeze Chamber event and contacted them for an estimate. We were able to get everything we wanted with a custom mahogany door. We added a Speakeasy window and handmade Iron Grate as well as upgraded door locks to make this door a real showpiece. Brian worked closely with us to make sure everything went smoothly. We love our door!
