I went here to dispose of trash from a residence and it was the worst experience I have ever had at a dump. I go there and the guy at window tells me that it is 69 dollars per ton. Sounded good to me. I put all the trash in the bins exactly how he told me to do it. After I put all the trash in the bins, I had a worker come up to me and tell me that they do not accept electronics. Well no one had told me this after I had already put 2 tvs, a small back half of a printer, and a kids riding jeep. This guys say that I can't take it out of the bins. So he jumps up and gets into the bins and removes a few items. We could have easily put them back into my truck, but he would not allow me. I told him that I did not know that they don't take those items. Very rudely he says there's a sign right in front of you that says we don't take these items. I look at the sign and it says nothing about not taking the items. I point this out to him and he laughs and says "it use to say that we don't accept those items but the words faded away on the sign". Well okay! So everyone that reads the signs is gonna think that they accept all the items that they have listed on the sign. I drive up to the window and he tells me that I have less than one ton. He says that he has to charge me for the electronics. He totals up my bill and it comes out to 319.46. I drive off upset that I just got ripped off. I later look at the receipt and it has so many errors on it that it is ridiculous! They charged me 67.12 for almost a ton of waste. They added a tax of 33.11. That's almost 50 percent tax! No way! On the total bill the tax percent was almost 30 percent. This is insane! I will never go back to this place ever again! I will also advise everyone I know not to go here. Rude employees and they rip you off.

Good luck. I could not figure out the hours, so actually drove there to read the sign. Shocked to see the prices they charge, something like $48 for a mattress, etc. I called and left a message, no one returned my call. Very frustrating trying to recycle some old drywall, cast iron sink, tile, old shower, and toilet, and a few 2x4's.

Over the phone, my trash hauler quoted me $150, and estimated this place near the same, but over $100. He suggested I go to Twin City Refuse in St. Paul, MN. I did, and they charged me $20. Highly recommend over this place. They also answered their phone when I called them at 4pm, unlike Pine Bend. It's worth the drive to St. Paul.

Cancelled my service, and now they say I have to pay them 54.53 just for picking up there cart. Told if I dont pay it in 10days it goes to collection. What a lousy crooked company

Smells very good and love the juices on my shoes.nothing better then seeing the maggots and them saying high to me every morning.they are very well manored and respectable and every morning i bring them food to help them get threw covid
