Muy mala experiencia. Productos demasiado caros. Ademas le cobran el flete porque traen la mercancia de otra parte.
No le advierten al cliente que en caso de retornar la mercancia le quitar como $15. No es just o. Nunca volver allá.

Horrible customer service, every time i go there or call looks like the woman in the desk don't want to work, she always have a bad attitude even when you are very polite, she is very rude. sad that they keep people like that running their business.

Bad experience store manager mark was a weirdo I don’t know what was wrong with him after talking with him he left to his office and Dorothy was helping me with my purchase and I see mark staring at me through a reflection on the glass. I asked Dorothy why is he just standing there she went to see and he got jittery and pretended like he was doing something. It creeped me out badly I probably won’t be coming back to buy from here again.

Horrible place never ships on time prices keep going up now a minimum order delivery charge. I just spent $520 and got charged delivery also tell you it will be to you tomorrow and it shows up 3to7 days later with no answer

I've been going there off and on for the last 8 years Miss Dorothy gives unlimited customer service to me she'll go as far as going all the way into the computers all the way up to Canada to find me whatever products that I need I've been in business here in Hillsborough county for 20 years little small business and it doesn't matter that I'm small to her that's don't have to be a big corporation to get customer service there very satisfied recommend anybody to go there they have outstanding products up to date products and if they don't have it they'll get it for you I give it a five star rating

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Long story short, We ordered a $500 product that was damaged by their delivery driver and they refuse to have it replaced. THE MANAGER WON'T EVEN RETURN YOUR CALL
