Was looking for a toilet trip lever for a toto toilet. Although they didn't have the particular part I needed in stock, they were able to provide an alternate part that worked perfectly when installed. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend these folks for your plumbing needs.

Poor customer service. Miserable guys working the counter. They only want to work with their biggest contractors in the area. Drive the extra distance and go to Chapman Supply or EPSCO.

Great Customer service!! Ordered Kohler products in brushed nickel for a bathroom remodel. Much to our surprise, upon unwrapping the tub spout found it to be chrome! Called the store, they told me to come right down they had another shower faucet set in brushed nickel in stock. When I got to the store she opened the new set and that set also had a chrome spout! Knowing we needed it that day, she walked over to the display model removed the spout and gave it to us! Found a solution with no excuses.......Well done!
