Robinsons Aluminum installed the front door screen today and I am in raptures! It is so very attractive and very professionally made and installed. My neighbors are in awe and truly it is one of the more aestheticallly pleasing front door screens in the community. My thanks to the owner Don Robinson for his patience and willingness to accomodate my wish to be at home during the installation process. Thanks Melissa - an office personnel - for your courtesies and for taking time to keep me abreast of the manufacturing timetable. I am very satisfied with this Company and highly recommend them. I attach 2 photos of my beautiful 😍 new screen door.

I guess we should have trusted the negative reviews here... Robinson's Aluminum were supposed to build a patio enclosure and we told the person who came by for the estimate (Rob) that the pre-existing concrete slab was already there when we bought the house. He saw there was no footer but said "inspection never checks that anyway" so we went ahead and signed for the project. Nearly 2 months later I get a call that they can't get the permit because of that concrete slab and now we'll be out of $600 and nothing to show for. Their estimate might be lower than other companies out there but clearly there's a reason for that and I wish we immediately went with another company as we will now have to do. Beware!

The project was to build me a CUSTOM enclosure on the front of my house with a small roof off my existing roof and the rest of screen enclosure.I watched the build from start to finish and was absolutely impressed with the quality of work and the attention to detail that the main contractor Josh Lamm put into this highly Custom enclosure along with his helpers Dillon and Justis

We are thrilled with our new pool enclosure. It looks fabulous! We got a fair price for an outstanding product. Everyone we dealt with in the company was professional and friendly. Initially after the enclosure was built we noticed a small leak in the roof. The service crew painstakingly found the leak and sealed it up immediately. It was a pleasure dealing with this company. Thanks to Jake, the service crew, office staff and the owner for designing and building our new outdoor space! We will not hesitate to recommend you to our friends.

HURRICANE IAN UPDATE: Considering all the wind and damage around us our enclosure held up perfectly. It looks just as good as the day they built it. It’s sturdy and durable.

I am having a similar experience as Jeff. Steve came to my home on time and was very nice and knowledgeable, but now it's been a month and I've not received the estimate. I called the office today and they told me they will have Steve get back to me tomorrow. We shall see if he does.
I'm happy to report that I got a call back and Steve was very apologetic and sent my estimate out right away. The four stars is because I shouldn't have had to contact them back and wait a month. I'll update once the work is done.

My name is Diana, I had to edit this review because I don't have a picture to post, because this review is not coming from Robinson's Aluminum. I didn't want people to think they were writing their own review. I wanted to screen in my front porch. First of all, the guy who came out was very respectful to social distance when he got here. Thank you for that. The were there at the time they said they would be. He explained to me right away that they were about 8-12 weeks out. Which I understood. I would rather someone tell me ahead of time, instead of not hearing from someone in a long time thinking they forgot about me. They actually came out earlier than they had said, so totally happy about that. So I'll just jump to the end to say they did a fantastic job!! And I enjoy sitting on my front porch while it rains. Thank you again

Our pool cage got damaged in the hurricane. Jacob did the replacement and did an excellent job. He was polite, knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend! Thank you!
