We usually have had excellent service in the past, however our recent experience with the repair shop will ensure we do not do business there again. It took almost 6 weeks for service to be completed,
and we were never notified how long it would take. Employees failed to contact us about what repairs were needed and how much it would cost for our pressure washer. We tried calling multiple times and it seems no one answers their phone. When I went to pick up the item, the bill was extremely high, almost enough to where we could have just purchased a brand new item. We had understood the repair would be covered under manufacturer warranty. The lady was rude when I questioned the bill, and basically rushed me out of the store (after i paid her of course). Also, the guy who loaded the item for me ended up spraying me with water that was left in the hose, so I got to go back to work covered in stale water. I usually try to give places the benefit of the doubt, however the service we recieved from drop off to pick up was completely unacceptable. We will not be back and will spread the word to family and friends.

Great place. they have a nice selection of guns and they really try hard to keep ammo in stock even though that is a very difficult task to do right now anywhere. They're step is always very friendly and helpful have nothing but good to say about them.
