I ordered a breakfast sandwich and did not get half of the things I ordered on it. I paid for double bacon and received a sandwich with only egg and cheese. Store was not very clean and the workers weren’t very friendly either. Worst Rutter's I’ve ever personally been to.

Made a order for food got everything right but my xl hashbrown with nacho cheese and chili I called them up and said I didn't get my chili or cheese I got just plan xl hashbrowns the lady on the phone said what time was it I said 9:48pm she said we did a shift change at 10pm and she said she would let her manager know and she ended the call i haven't heard back or got my $4 worth of cheese and chili I never really have a problem here but if that's all they are gonna do for me I'll order food from else where for now on

Got money at ATM & needed $20 broke down to 10 &5. They told me to go to the bank down the road. I live in spring grove & buy at least 1 tank of gas a week. Will be cold day in he'll I ever go there again

The Rutter's rewards cards won't scan at most of the pumps, using the screen to put in your Rewards code won't work either and of course sliding the card in the reader won't work. There's at least 1 pump where the Rutter's Rewards card scans no problem but I avoid this location and can never remember which is the magical pump which drives me even more insane.

Either the help button at the pumps don't work or they ignore it. So you have to either lose your Rewards discount or go into the store during a pandemic to pay for gas and use your Rewards card. What really kills me is that there was zero problems with the Rewards cards scanning before they updated the pumps like 1 1/2 ago or something. Any other Rutter's location in PA and MD scans my Rutter's Rewards card perfectly fine so it's not user error or my card (and I've tried other rutter's rewards cards as well and those won't work at this location either). It's this cursed location with its only one good card reader and terminal.

Kudos to both of the women cooking orders right now. 1/18/19 9:18 am. They both deserve a raise.

Me and my coworker both stopped here instead of Hardee’s. I was actually making fun of how my coworker was purposely driving past Hardee’s even though I love their breakfast to come here. How I’ve never had anything exceptional from Rutter’s and if anything I’ve always left a little regretful.

Today is far from that!
My everything bagel was perfectly toasted. (Something no restaurant has achieved ever!)
My patty and bacon placed perfectly.
My eggs moist and not dried out.
Hash browns hot and not burned
Salt pepper and oregano was perfect as well.
I feel like they made my food as if they were going to eat it themselves.

There is literally nothing bad about my whole order!
I didn’t even wait too long for it and it was semi busy!!

If anyone from corporate is reading this please come and watch what these two lovely women are doing and use them as an example for training at all the locations. All the Rutter’s stores have timers and pre portioned, almost as if the employee can’t mess up the food. But every time I get food from every other locations it is sub par or acceptable never outstanding. But some how the food I received from here was so amazing I had to get on here and write a review. It’s worth looking into!

Very convenient store. Came in today to fill up my rutters coffee cup and it was only 1.26 to fill up a whole 17 oz cup. Also friendly associates! Will be returning!
