We worked primarily with Scott on the sale of our house in The Villages, and it was a fantastic experience. It's an understatement to say that Scott went way above and beyond to help us with all aspects of the sale - he was more like a family member, helping with every single detail along the way (we sold the house remotely, so we were not even on-site to help - Scott did it all). We can't recommend Scott & Cindy highly enough! They were an absolute pleasure to work with - knowledgeable, pro-active, with amazing customer service. We were selling a home in The Villages that we used as a rental property, but we didn't live in the area. But with Scott and Cindy's approach, it was like we lived around the block! In fact, we had the property listed previously with the Villages realty company, and although they generated some traffic, there was never any serious interest. Scott helped us price the property right. And when we collectively decided that we needed to freshen up the place with new floors, new paint, and new kitchen appliances, Scott & Cindy lined up everything for us. They even personally researched the right kitchen appliances that would fit perfectly in space. We never had to be on site. Once those changes were made, the home sold quickly. I was selling my home turnkey and I would be thousands of miles away during the process. Cindy and Scott were on the ball every step of the way, asking and answering all questions, making suggestions and giving explanations. They often communicated beyond normal working hours, due to me traveling in different time zones. They arranged for contractors to give competitive bids to replace the roof; inspect the property and repair the little few items needed . They communicated with them, me and the title company. They were clear on all payments and timing of events. Everything went extremely smoothly and on time,. Our experience with Scott and Cindy Dunn with Executive Realty, was great! We had our home in The Villages listed with another Realty company for six months and had lookers but no offers. After listing with Scott, we got a buyer the first week. Scott helped us through the whole process that followed. He lined up a meeting with a mover that we ended up using. He took us to the closing. We are honored to share our feedback and experiences working with Scott and Cindy Dunn realtors. We visit the villages in Florida searching for a winter home or vacation home. Our first meeting with Scott was very impressive. It’s like meeting an old family relative and friend. Scott and Cindy Dunn understood quickly our home search parameters and what my wife was looking for in a vacation home. They provided the correct locations and explain the pros and cons of the various locations in the villages which all made perfect sense. He provided several photos and Facetime.videos of the ideal properties that we reviewed and settled on a property. However, we were not in a position to travel to Florida to take a face-to-face look, He explained the remote closing process and the remote sales process and he provided a video and all of the details and background on the property, which was a perfect fit for our search. His trustworthy nature and honest and truthful sharing of information made us comfortable enough to do a remote sale and closing. Everything from the loan approval to the closing date worked smoothly. We were able to close quickly without any hassles, however, ever he may have ran into some issues working with the owner’s realtors, which removed us from having to deal with any challenges with the owner’s realtors and provided an inspection and several accommodations to complete the sale. To say the least, we were thoroughly pleased and happy with our work with Scott and Cindy Dunn. We’ve made several recommendations to friends and villagers that we’ve met and all seem to have been very pleased with working with Scott and Cindy Donn. We are more than happy to make any recommendations and feel very confident that anyone looking for property will be thoroughly pleased with the work and support Scott and Cindy Dunn always provides.
