I highly recommend Southeastern Appliances for all your home needs. Working with Ashlyn was an amazing experience. We were moving across country and ordering appliances remotely is never easy. However, Ashlyn made it an amazing experience! She worked hard to ensure we purchased exactly what we needed and the delivery team was excellent. They called ahead of time and did an amazing job with the setup and installation while also taking extra care and being mindful of our home. A true white glove service from first contact through delivery. Southeastern earned a lifelong customer.

Our experience at Southern Appliances was amazing! We came in to purchase a full kitchen set and Ashlyn was very helpful & gave us so many great options. We usually go to big box stores to purchase appliances, but thought we would try an appliance store for personalized service. Everyone seemed professional and friendly. We purchased a dishwasher. The internet stated that there was a $40 fee to remove and take with old dishwasher. The salesman went over the price with us and stated there was a $50 removal fee. I informed him about the price on the internet and wasn't that false advertising. He agreed to the $40 and that was that, so we thought. He processed the bill of sale, handed us our card back and gave us the bill of sale. I was ready to walk away when I noticed he charged us $50 for removal fee. Hey, you made a mistake, it is $40! His response was: oh, I don't know how to fix that, there is no way I can. It must be great to work all that time in a store and never make a mistake on paperwork, your company sure has a keeper. We left without ever getting a refund. I told our son about our experience. He called back and said, you know, Home Depot had the same dishwasher for a lot cheaper. Live and learn!!!

UPDATE!!
The owner called me and was sorry there was an overcharge. He did send me a $10.00 refund.

I have ordered multiple times from Southeastern Appliances for various kitchen appliances. The support received from the sales department making sure I purchase the proper item for reliability and price is fantastic. Prices are great and often beat other appliance store prices. Proud to support a local merchant.
Then let's talk about their installation team. They show up on time each day. The young men are knowledgeable, polite, and diligent workers to finish the work efficiently. I have never seen an installation team as friendly, time-oriented, and dependable as the team at Southeastern Appliances.

No more, big box store shopping for me! What a pleasure to shop with Southeastern Appliances! I stopped in on Monday , looking for a gas range oven. I found exactly what I was looking for and amazingly, it was in stock AND on sale! ( Nov, BLACK FRIDAY DEAL) I was pleasantly surprised to find out that I could have it installed 3 days later! Too good to be true but it happened! Christmas came early! Thank you to the staff for your 5⭐️ service! I’ll be back!

Bought a Bosch dishwasher from Southeastern Appliances. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Delivery was super quick especially compared to the big box chain stores. Very happy with my purchase and will definitely be getting other appliances from them in the future!
