I worked here from September of 2023 to August of 2024 and as an employee I can say this place sucks. We basically heard about how bad they were at our weekly meetings when they would say that work was slow because they were being penalized for past mistake they had made. I was given a lot of responsibility with little training and still got the job done with absolutely no appreciation. I decided to move to Michigan this August and gave them a 1 month notice but on my way out the door I was terminated along with a bunch of others so that the company wouldn't have to give us our profit share bonus they give out every quarter. And forget about getting ahold of them. Work place is unsafe, equipment is falling apart, and no one wants to show the next guy how to do anything for fear of losing his job. A real swell place

If I could give them zero stars I would. One year warranty and poor customer service.

Where do I start? I have a brand new home (built in 2017) in Riverview and we decided to go with vinyl flooring throughout our home. The first thing I noticed was that the floor wasn’t cut properly and there were places that were not glued correctly. The second thing there is a huge foundation line across my house. They have been horrible to get in contact with, they never return calls, they don’t show up when they are scheduled to and have overall very poor customer service. The house is less than two years old with flooring issues as early as the move in and because a year has transpired they will no longer honor their warranty and address the issues that have been present from the beginning. I tried to get this resolved and was told that I can get my floor replaced at my-own cost. If they give me a better resolution to this issue I will update my review.

Well, I will never forget the way they installed bathroom tiles a few years back. No grout in between the tiles. Long gone now, but let's just say I'll NEVER FORGET IT. (They were acting as subcontractors for the Home Depot at the time). Oh and I did bring it up with them at the time but they never made the effort to come back out and fix it only said they would send out someone with "caulk". Seems they didn't know the difference between grout and caulk.

The worst, in my opinion. We paid 35k for this hardwood floor through the builder. And, when I say HARD, I MEAN HARD. Did they put the proper materials underneath? We'll never know. It is harder than concrete.
Now, 1.5 years later there is a big long separation between two boards. Nada. They refuse to come out. "We only work with the builder. We don't come out unless it's warranty. I think warrenty is only a year. Probably house settlement. Get some stuff at Home Depot."
Bad customer service. They do not appear to care about their quality nor their google reviews. Avoid them!!!

Went through Costco to get new countertops. They sent "Contractor Source" who sold us on a quartz countertop with veins. At no point did he raise a red flag that our choice of countertops was going to look bad with the veins not connecting at the seam, he left us with the feeling it would look great. Also, his measuring guy agreed the slabs veins would match up. Of course, we didn’t get it in writing, who would think that you need to specify if you have two slabs joined together to match the veins.

They have made good on two of the three issue areas and I will have to learn to love the other spot.

HORRIBLE customer service! They came out 5 different times to fix one of our cabinet doors. Each time WE had to call them back to schedule. We were told the office would call, but they never did.

We had them scheduled a 6th time to hopefully replace the warped door that we had, but they called to say they can't get that door anymore and they will not be coming back. They are doing absolutely NOTHING to fix our cabinet and told us they won't.

I would highly recommend you find some other company that actually has integrity. I have found none at Spraggins.

I have a new build house and they are the tile and cabinet vendor. Extremely poor quality, employees showing up to job sights under the influence, and refusal to fix subpar work. This is items from missing cabinet pieces to lifted tiles.

Spraggins installed our Kitchen and Bathroom countertops and sinks during remodel. The measurements were spot on. Quality of materials were great. Removing the older granite countertops and 5 inch backsplash was a disaster. The installers took no care at all - to attempt to carefully remove the backsplash. They simply bashed a hammer through and tore forward to rip them off the wall - which left more repair work and more cost to fix.

Additionally - they did NOT clean up. I had very large chunks of granite and debris left in all the cabinets and drawers - not pieces - blocks.

One of the installers was also sick - and blew his nose using all my paper towels - and literally just through them all around the house as they worked! Who does this Granted the floors were removed at the time as they were getting installed by another company - but that was disgusting.

They also left giant chunks of granite in the driveway and other debris.

Lastly, as my remodel took a few months - when the plumbers came to install the faucets - the sinks they installed weren't even sealed to the countertops correctly. I also later discovered - that they broke the cabinet trim piece (door panel) below the kitchen sink and put some tape to hold it - which of course then the panel fell off and I had to get that fixed. They also did not attach or at least inform me - that the dishwasher was not attached to the cabinets any longer, nor the countertop - so had to incur expense to also have that done by another company.

I have NEVER dealt with such unprofessionalism in a remodel.
