Springhouse Window and Door is staffed with knowledgeable people who come out, look at the job, turn out a prompt quote and do the installation with their own people.

The wait from the supplier was long (8-9 weeks), but that’s not the retailer’s fault, as they’re made to order. So plan your timing accordingly.

The installation was fast and the crew was very clean and respectful of our home, and had drop cloths in the areas necessary.
I called them back for a locking issue that developed after some settling had occurred, and they were out right away to make the necessary adjustments.
