I had a lower face lift and neck tuck. Poor outcome with jowls still saggy. I told Dr Schlecter at follow ups that the jowls were still prominent but he denied any issue claiming I’m still healing. After 6 months at my request to reevaluate, he changes his assessment and tells me “ I should have done some lipo and made that area tighter.”
Now I’m out $12,000 and his wife who over promised results says it will be another
$5,000 to correct…..GREAT!!! This Doctor in my opinion was deceptive in saying the swelling will subside and then 6 months later admitting he did not do enough the 1st time. I refuse to go back there as Ivy and her husband are not sincere or in my experience did not capably meet my expectations.

Big smile and cheerful when you are getting a consultation. But if you don't call back Kim will be relentless to book the procedure. Over promises and high pressures to persuade you to schedule treatment. Dr. Schlecter now in his 60's is past his prime and his internet photo appears to be from 20 years ago. In 30 years of practice, he only has 46 reviews. That's less than a paltry 2 reviews a year. I think this fact speaks for itself. I gave 40 days notice to rescind my interest for him to do my procedure. Ivy refused to refund my deposit of $1,000 despite ample notice. I chose Belcara in Towson MD largely because the doctor talked personally to me for 45 minutes. Whereas Ivy at Spring Ridge tried to "sell" me the procedure for 2 hours. I make $13 an hour and these millionaires refused to return my deposit. Dr is socially awkward and Ivy doesn't disclose she is his wife. Don't be fooled but she wears the pants.

I just got a breast augmentation, mini tummy tuck and liposuction on the muffin top. I had a “botched” surgery prior to meeting spring ridge where everything didn’t look right and I was so unhappy. The dr easily fixed everything with zero qualms and made me feel heard unlike the last surgeon I saw. Everyone at spring ridge was so kind and followed through with checking in on me and making sure I got my medications and my appointments. I’m only on week two of my surgery but literally everything looks great and I can tell as well as my husband. I’m very thankful and it was well worth the money. I’m not scared to ask any questions to anyone here and will definitely go back to them for other surgery if any in the future.

I have gone to Dr Benjamin Schlecter several times over many years. He was very patient with me when I was considering plastic surgery in 2014. Everything he explained from beginning to end was exactly what I had experienced. I have taken my daughter to him and he helped remove a birth mark that was hindering her self confidence. He took the time over several procedures to transform a big mark in to a thin pencil line. I have sent others to him due to the confidence I have in him. I decided to undergo another procedure this past year 2024 and did so without hesitation. Dr Schlecter and his entire staff, both in the office and the operating room, made me feel very comfortable, safe and well informed in every step of this surgical journey.
