Eric Mims installation administrator, is a true professional with compassion, and true asset to Sun Coast Roofing. Eric was assigned to resolve a Lowe's roof replacement gone very bad involving another contractor. He arrived at my home apologized for something he nor his company had anything to do with, but assured me he and Suncoast would correct it to my satisfaction as soon as possible and they did exactly that. They made an improvement to my roof making it better than it has ever been. Because of my experience with Eric and Suncoast roofing, I highly recommend them for a top quality job done in a timely manner. Thank you very much Eric for a job well done.

This driver needs to learn to drive and not cut off other drivers. Then as we past him he laughed and waved. If they hire people like that I can only imagine their customer service. Thank God we swerved and missed him.

Called for a price on metal roofing. Salesman could not give me a price and was uninterested in finding out. I've never dealt with a supplier that didn't know LF price on metal. I'm not going to mention the guys name but the manager/owner needs to go through and weed out the useless salesman.

For my Fellow Truck Drivers,if you have Van , you might better bring your breakfast,they got about 2-3 people unloading the flatbeds loads, they’re in out ,but for a 53 Dry Van load they put a half a man to unload you and the reason I say half it’s because they got him doing other jobs while he unloading you also,there is overnight parking, so Have Patience Like Job

Very courteous. Could not help me with my fence idea. But Josh, Was very kind and polite listen to my dilemma. Give me other areas to explore.
Explain to me that they are just a middle man For pick up and delivery. But they do work with Homeowners.
