All via phone I was able to order a tractor and have it delivered. Jason helped me through answering all of my questions, configuring it and getting it delivered in a neighboring state. I was also able to get additional equipment after the sale with Jason's support. No hassles and quick service.

I bought my lawnmower there in 2020 and the sales team was fantastic. Last week my mower broke mandrel spindle assembly needed to be replaced. I called their parts department and they set one aside and my wife picked it up for me because they are closed during my free hours. She brought it home and later that night I went to work on it, and it was the wrong part. I called them the next day and I’m sorry about that a week later when I had a day off, I went up there to swap the parts and he gave me the wrong bolt and the bolt sheared off in the new one. I tried calling the parts department. I left a message for the parts department and they have never returned my phone call, I will eat the $50 buy one online and buy beware of the parts department here you’re better off going online
